Very professional and detailed report was provided.
However, the details related to some important things just guessed and given a low rating. The whole point of making such surveys is to get unknown or visually not clear things to be assessed and some points where the whole inspection was only covering visual appearances. Why would I pay so hefty to get things which can be seen visually only?

Very slow company who made a number of false promises to us. It took 9 calendar days to receive our report and only after us chasing daily.

We always aim to deliver reports within five working days of the survey taking place, however in this instance due to a slight delay on uploading the report as well as an unforeseen technical issue, we unfortunately could not deliver the report until the seventh working day. We hope that this did not detract in any way from the report itself and we trust that the report received helped you to make an informed decision on the property you are contemplating purchasing.
