The two removal men where very hard working and helpful

The 3 gentlemen that come to help were very polite. Did everything with care.

I paid in advance and expected things to go smoothly. On the day the movers arrived on time but refused to take some smaller items even though several items on the original quotation had already been moved. They then found that a wardrobe would not o downstairs without disassembly but only let me know as they were leaving the property. They asked if it was O.K. to detour for a couple of hours to do another urgent job and they would deliver to our new property between 2pm and 2.30pm. I agreed. They then turned up at 5.15pm saying it had taken longer than expected to do the other job which meant my brother and I were up until 2 am just trying to put together beds etc. in order to be able to sleep that night. I managed to disassemble the wardrobe they could not take in 20 minutes the next dat (which could have been done by me on the day if they had called earlier to let me know there was a problem). I had to arrange for another van to take the wardrobe and several other items they refused to take. I contacted Clockwork to complain about the service but they have not replied. Ver dissatisfied altogether despite the removals guys working hard when they did eventually arrive

Guys worked really well, weather really bad but everything moved without a hitch.

After weeks of mild, dry weather, the day of my move coincided with an horrendous snow blizzard. Indeed, so bad were the conditions that people were abandoning their vehicles on my road whilst walking the last part of their journey to work. I feared that the pantechnicon would not make it up the hill. Nevertheless, at the appointed time, the vehicle came in to view, with one of the crew actually shovelling salt from the council bins onto the road to ease matters. The two men then worked cleanly and industriously to remove my furniture etc. and showed considerable expertise and perseverance in getting a particularly oversized sofa out of the living room and front door and into the van. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Perfectly professional in all ways. Made the trauma of the day negligible. Would highly recommend this company and would readily use again.

The removal crew were first class in all respects. However, we did encounter some difficulty in respect of an attempt to change our removal date, which was only resolved when I threatened to use another company!
