Very professional from the initial visit through to the end of the move even though we had to change dates with them at short notice twice. The men worked extremely hard on the day and the day before. My only concern would be that they could have used another person as the team were really stretched.

Had a good experience with BMS. They arrived in the morning and removed the boxes we had packed ourselves. The beds and mattresses got plastic covers to protect them in the van. The guys we had were very polite and hard working. We had one issue where I thought we had lost some boxes, but this was my error and the team were patient with me whilst the boxes were recounted.

I would have given full stars apart from I was told that they would turn up between 8-9am but they turned up at roughly 9.45am. My issue was that I had to chase this up, there was no call to inform me that they was running late. Once I called the office to find out what time they was turning up then I got a call from the driver/crew. This would not put me off using them again nor recommending them, the 3 men worked extremely hard and was friendly and polite and made a move very stress free. They was very careful and nothing was broken nor damaged. Highly recommend.

Packers/removal men were excellent and really do their company justice. Couldn't fault them.

Moving house is an awful experience at the best of times, however with the help of BMS it took a lot of the stress away from it all. Very professional crew. We had underestimated how much work was involved, but they were extremely helpful in sorting out what needed to be done and prioritizing what had to be done first and which items had to be moved first etc.

The service was good, the staff friendly and hard working. They were quite flexible as well - over all I got good value for money.

Fast efficient, professional, courteous and had us moved out of our flat in an hour and a half. I would say though that they did some minor damage to a couple of items (bed and washing machine) ....which I think is trying to give an efficient service v. a slightly slower one, but one that would mean no damage. I would still recommend them and would still say they are very good value for money and did a good job.
