Bishops Waltham Removals is a reputable family run business established in 1993 providing home removals in Southampton. We’re based in Hedge End, and offer a comprehensive and reliable service whether you are moving to, from or within Hampshire. We have 20 full time employees and a large fleet of modern, clean, purpose built vehicles that we own.
We can arrange for our surveyor to visit you at your house at a time convenient for you to discuss any requirements you may have for your removals service – we can do weekends and evenings.
We offer both a full pack and a part pack service, for whether you want to leave it all to us or you just want your difficult and fragile items packed. All glass and china items are individually wrapped for protection and larger items will be bubble wrapped.
All of our staff have great experience in ‘the art of packing’, so you can be confident that your belongings will be well looked after and in the hands of the professionals. They’ll arrive punctually on the day of your move – with garment hangers and extra boxes available.
All of your items are blanket wrapped and mattresses poly-bagged by our team for the highest level of safety. When we have completed the loading the team travel to your new home and unload you items into your new property as directed. All of your belongings will be boxed with the contents and a description of the room in which they should be placed will be clearly marked on the box. We want to make sure your move goes as smoothly as possible.
We also offer storage facilities in Hedge End, Southampton should you need it. We have a 30,000 sq ft warehouse to store our customers’ items and can provide containerised storage or self-storage. All belongings are properly wrapped before being placed in the containers and stacked to protect the most delicate and fragile items. A full inventory of your belongings will be given to you before the vehicle leaves your property.
