Amazing service. Friendly, professional and hard working. We had a lot of stuff and they packed and moved it all perfectly. Cannot recommend enough, and I'm quite picky!

Everyone I dealt with at Anna-T was fantastic. Extremely professional and friendly service, I really enjoyed the whole move experience and appreciated the good humoured patience the guys showed while the Bank of England was trying to scupper my move! I would not hesitate to recommend Anna-T.

Excellent customer service

We were delighted with Anna T. They were wonderful throughout, if I could give more than 5 stars then I would! Martin was an excellent point of contact. As is often the case, dates kept slipping but Martin was totally supportive throughout. Hi team are truly delightful. Ty and Mandy did our packing, it was effortless and stress free. Although not all boxes are unpacked, we have not found a single breakage so far. Martin, Ty, Hugh and Ron did the main move (150 miles) and were so good humoured throughout, it sounds strange to say but we actually enjoyed the move thanks to all of them! Our move was far from simple, we had belongings from 2 houses, one sold first and so the contents had to go into storage (with Anna T too) and also items in a self storage unit. None of these complications caused any problems, everything ran totally smoothly. The whole team work incredibly hard and it is amazing how quickly they can empty (and refill) a house! Price-wise, they were very competitive but money cannot buy the feeling of getting on well with the people in your home and feeling content with them handling your most precious possessions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent, fully recommeded, went the extra mile. Martin and his team made sure everything went smoothly, even moving the huge garden barrels I thought were impossible to shift.

If I could give 6 stars for this company I would! If you are looking for a removal company then I wouldn't look any further. My partner and I were incredibly impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our house selling and purchasing was far from straight forward and a number of issues outside of our control meant that we ended up exchanging and completing on the same day. Anna - T took all of this in their stride. They organised a lorry and crew at the last minute to pack and move us (with less than 24h notice!), they had a back up plan all organised so our property could go into storage if the house sell fell through (something we hadn't even thought about, and they didn't charge us a penny for the back up plan!). The most important and impressive aspect of the company though was the kindness and good humour of all the staff. What was an incredibly stressful day, as we ended up exchanging and completing at 315pm, was taken in their stride and they kept us calm and laughing. I have to say I have never had so much fun, and its not often you can say that about moving home! Whats more everything was delivered in perfect condition, carpets at both our old and new house were protected despite the pouring rain, and they made sure our bed and treadmill were set up prior to leaving the property and even unpacked our wardrobe. They really took all the stress out of packing and moving and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Despite the last minute changes they didn't change the bill at all, which was already very reasonable. A highly impressive company and one I have no issue in recommending wholeheartedly!
