We offer the two main house surveys for your property purchase, the RICS HomeBuyer Report and the Full Building Survey.
A HomeBuyer Report is appropriate for properties that have been built since the late Victorian era to now. It will identify if the property has any major faults.
The Building Survey is more comprehensive and suitable for all properties. It can be bespoke to your needs and will inspect all visible, accessible parts of the property and comment on any areas of concern.
We can also offer a valuation report.
We provide easy to read, informative surveys on buildings of all ages and forms of construction including advice on future extensions and alterations. We will supply you with all the information you need to be able to progress with confidence.
