Andrew was happy to discuss our requirements for the survey and was able to complete the survey within a few days of our call. Andrew tailored the report to contain the information we required to satisfy our mortgage lenders questions. I found Andrew to be extremely professional and the report was excellent quality with advice and estimates for the work which may be required. There was no issue clarifying information in the report and Andrew was clear and concise in his explanations of the technical information.
