A very speedy and thorough analysis of the property was completed. We were very pleased with the end result. The only improvement I would request in the future is that the organisation provides information regarding the date that the property will be surveyed on.

Really fast, efficient service. David completed the survey within a couple of days when other companies had waiting lists of over two weeks. He was really helpful and answered a number of questions I had about the survey very quickly.

David was very proactive in approaching me when I was going through the initial screening of surveyors referred to me by the really moving website. From the initial email David explained the whole process in layman's terms and having already pre-empted the questions a home owner could have about the survey, the email explained the process including what was included in the survey and what was not. Having read the email and after speaking with David I had no hesitation in going with David and I am very happy that I did so because the service received was excellent. David contacted the estate agent and promptly scheduled the earliest available date for the survey. This relived me of running around to get a survey date scheduled in. The survey was done promptly on time and report was with me in a couple of working days which was very comprehensive and detailed and to be honest as most building survey reports , was in many areas quite technical for me to understand. David took out time to talk me through the report and patiently explained to me the nature of defects identified. The service I received from point I received the report and leading up to the follow up conversations I had to understand the reports was both highly professional and also empathetic. Professional as it covered all aspects of the survey with the highest degree of professionalism and technical acumen and empathetic as David understood the vulnerable position a home buyer is in and gave his honest and expert opinion on issues identified. As a result of the survey, I was able to get a reduction in price which was more realistic of the state of the property. I would highly recommend David and ACS property consultant for any surveys. He was particular slow to provide me the report after confirming it would be 48 hours from viewing the premise. It took over a week to receive the written assessment, hence I have given him a 2 star rating.

Very convenient, personal service and David Gibbons was able to do the survey within one week of my inquiry. The report was with me within 48 hours as promised. Excellent.

The company tried to fish the high price rather than the quote from reallymoving. Although I negotiated with the price of building survey, obviously the price was still too high for my only 8.5 years building. The content of building survey was not that details and opinions are superficial. I don't like the attitude of ACS. Phoned several time to make a negotiate on the date for the survey. I don't whether this is industry standard and every company or private surveyors don't care of business.
