Out of many companies contacted, they were the only one to make a personal visit to the home. Others offered estimates via zoom/whats app etc and some via phone. I was impressed by this personal and professional approach. It stood out from the other companies. Alice made me feel confident in the ability to fulfil all of my needs and tried hard to secure my booking, not by fancy gimmicks or price war but by good old fashioned customer service. As I could be flexible on my date of move, she was able to offer me a discount by offering me a short notice cancellation. The notice given was 10 days so I happily accepted this. Though they were not the cheapest quote, I chose them primarily for these reasons above. The move coincided with Alice being on holiday - however she took time out of her holiday to contact me and inform me of a slight delay in the moving team arriving. The move itself went extremely well. Both Shane and Will were extremely polite and very obliging, especially as they would be late finishing that day...that point was never raised by them - they did not rush to complete the job but still did it quickly and efficiently. On returning from her holiday, I received a call from Alice asking how I was settling in and for feedback on the service. Overall I am delighted with choosing Water's and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for good value price and excellent care and service.
