VP Removals

A very professional, polite Polish removal comapany. They gave me a quote for removals immediately and via email.  They said they could take away any rubbish we had, so we agreed a date a few days before the move; they collected all the rubbish/things no longer wanted, for a minimal fee.  They were also able to help me with packing the day before; although I had not asked for this originally, they agreed a price/hour and came on a Sunday morning at 9 am the day before our move and helped with two hours of packing. They were always early and waited outside our address until the agreed time.  On the day of the move they brought an extra man to help.  They worked very hard, dissembling furniture and beds and had packed all our belongings within three hours.  They had to wait outside our new address for nearly three hours, before we got the keys.  We communicated during this time. They unpacked and assembled beds, wardrobes etc and finished at 6pm.  They said I could keep the boxes until I was unpacked.  When I texted them to collect the boxes, they came the next day at a reasonable hour.  The experience of moving home,with three children under 10 years, was smooth thanks to the help of a very professional removal company.  I would highly recommend them. .

We were recommended to use VP Removals by a friend, who never recommends anyone, so we knew that this was high praise. Peter and Vitek were friendly and helpful from the first time they came round to assess the move and provide a quote. They were flexible and accommodated a change to the move date 2 weeks before we were due to move as exchange of contracts got pushed back.

Leading up to the move, they were quick and helpful in responding to my many queries and told me not to worry, they had everything under control.

The packing service was excellent - they worked very efficiently and carefully and were kind enough to point out any existing damage to furniture as they were dismantling it. I couldn't have packed better and the speed at which they did this was incredible. They worked for 6.5 hours non stop.

On move day, the whole team were friendly, polite, hard working and didn't leave until everything was in the right place in the new house (including bringing an armchair back down the stairs as I had in error sent it upstairs..), rebuilding our bed and wardrobes and plumbing in the washing machine. They took exceptional care of our most fragile and precious items.

They made the move so much less stressful than it could have been and I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. We don't plan on moving for a good while, but when we do I will be sure to use their services again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Peter and Vitek Have today moved me from my flat in ED to the Woolwich area and I would recommend then to anyone.

They were quick to respond to email Enquiries and questions, as well as concerns about my realization at having more belongings than They first quoted for.

Really polite, friendly and quick workers. Looked after all my belongings carefully. They even agreed to swap a mattress from my partners place and bring it back here.
Really reasonable cost too. Please use them if you can.

We just used VP on the weekend to shift the contents of our two bed flat (with four beds worth of stuff) into storage, before our onwards move in March.

We utillised the packing service - 4 guys turned up at 0900 on Sunday with a view to packing for the move on Monday. We let them know on the day that we were actually staying elsewhere on Sunday night and they made the decision to pack and move on the same day.

From 0900 with barely a break, these four guys worked like demons, were unerringly polite and considerate. An absolutely first class service for significantly less than some other larger firms (One quoted us £1800 to do this job + VAT), these guys did not charge that much!

All in all, we can recommend Vitek and Peter very highly indeed and the efficiency and courteous nature of their service was appreciated during an emotional and very high stress time!

I have used Vitek and Peter to move me twice now and I can't recommend them highly enough. They replied to queries promptly when I emailed them before each move. Their price was far cheaper than any other company I approached. They are entirely flexible within their hourly rate- taking furniture apart, rebuilding it etc is all included- no hidden extras.  They are incredibly hard working- on my second move they worked for 10 hours solidly barely even stopping for a drink. When they moved some extremely heavy plants for us they had to take them down a really uneven, narrow path. I'd not seen it until move day and felt bad even asking them to do it. They did it amazingly quickly and without any reference to what a difficult ask it was. They are extremely conscientious, turning up exactly on time, going the extra mile (e.g. volunteering to collect storage items without me having to go with them, finding their way and ensuring check out was completed with the storage company) and being extremely careful with all our belongings. They are polite, friendly and professional looking  and I had absolute confidence in what they were doing. I recommended them to a friend who had a similar experience. I would like to highly recommend VP Removals as I myself have used their service to move houses. The guys were amazing from the very start of when they have given me a review and price for the removal up to the actual move of all my goods. They were fully professional and confident in what they were doing.
The removal was a positive experience for me. I was able to watch and see the teamwork that has been shown by the guys. They were astonishingly quick, I have not noticed any queries or any damages made to any of my goods.
