They were exceptional! I required the relocation of a piano and a treadmill. Their pricing was fair. They arrived with a team of four, precisely what was needed for adeptly handling a 50-inch tall upright piano. David demonstrated excellent leadership with his team, ensuring clear communication before any actions were taken. They handled our possessions and our recently acquired home with great care. The agreed-upon fee was processed smoothly on the credit card. I'm genuinely pleased with their service and they'll be my top choice when it comes to receiving a quote for our complete relocation of all our belongings.

We hired this company to move us from Texas to Alabama. The loading was very good, led by the manager Yanni Nagar with 6 movers. Upon arrival in Alabama, there was only the driver and an assistant, who seemed inexperienced and could not speak English. They struggled for 14 hours to unload the truck, becoming so tired they were dropping and breaking furniture, damaged our hardwood floors, scratched our glass tabletop with razor blade knives cutting off tape on the covering blankets, and the assistant collapsed on our floor. We found damages that the driver signed for, but then discovered high value items were missing, including a $900 five channel soundbar for home theater, cookware, boxes of CDs and SACDs that I use in my work, including audio test CDs from audio manufacturers that are irreplaceable. What can be replaced will cost more than $15,000. The moving company said they fired the driver, but that does not get my goods back.

This is my second move with this company. They are wonderful. The first move they move my daughter to Florida and everything went well and without a hitch . We hired them again as a last minute move on Thursday, August 24 For a pick up Friday, August 25. They were fully booked because hurricane Harvey was approaching but Nicole my sales representative worked her magic and squeezed me in to the schedule all she asked is for flexibility with the pick up time. I was very relieved because we do live in the Meyerland area and we have already sustain 2 floods. So you can only imagine how happy I was that they were able to show up on Friday before the storm hit us they did show up late that evening and packed up all of our belongings and moved it out of the house. I was very surprised and they work that late since the storm was approaching and it was raining but these guys did not even take a break. They were hard-working guys
Most important They did not raise the price because it was a last-minute move or take advantage of us because we were desperate right before the storm they stuck to the quote that they gave us weeks ago and did not charge us a dime more. My house did flood but thanks to US van line I did not lose any of my belongings .

Great company will definitely use it again in the future. I had to move from Houston to Aventura Florida I did a lot of research online and it seems to be the company very good company.
Representatives name was Lisa she really took her time to listen to my needs I had to do this was in 2 parts since my husband was staying behind to sell the house. She coordinated for the two separate move without a hitch. On the day of my move The driver was delayed due to traffic call me and let me he was running about 30 minutes behind. They showed up 20 minutes after I talk to him. It was a Mike Jose Danny were very very polite they moved they moved all of the item I wanted to include in the first part of the move to the living room and wrapped all of the furniture whith such professionalism. They also packed all my personal belongings these guys were amazing. I wish I could pack like that. They loaded the truck with precision
I was really impressed. Since we hired an exclusive truck they drove it all the way to Fl in 2 days on the other side they offloaded everything and assembled all the furniture in the rooms. Everything was received in good condition I could not have wished for a better move. And usually I dread moving
Only thing they didn't do is the unpack my boxes and clothes. I wanted to do that myself. We are scheduled to revive Second part of the Move next week and I am confident that it will be smooth sailing. Lisa is always in contacts with us every step of the way she's been wonderful. She really did everything we agreed on . They are a little bit more expensive than some of the other companies around but that's because they provide superior Service also because we had him fill up a 26 foot truck and drive it directly. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone who is moving.
