The team at Town and Country Removals are fully trained and highly skilled in providing a careful and secure packing service. We can pack whichever items you choose and we can provide sufficient packing materials if you wish to complete your own packing.

Whether you need storage for days or years, our 120,000 square foot storage warehouse only uses containers that are clean, safe and well protected. Each storage unit will have available approximately 250 cubic feet (7 cubic metres) of space.

Nick was lovely, they were very professional and were very prompt in replies to our questions. We did not go with them as the price was too expensive however, they would have been our choice if we had needed them.

Not terribly impressed, although men frie.ndly and polite.

The job was completed moving items into store. Unfortunately the customer was being evicted from the rented property and was not very happy with that situation. We helped her with moving out and will help her again when a new property is sorted out.

They were wonderful. Love that someone comes to do a survey of what needs to be moved so that it's not a surprise for the removalists on moving day. Super professional. The removalists were really lovely. Most straightforward and stress-free furniture move we've had in this country!

I felt when I queried the storage additional cost the e mail received back did not have a very helpful tone. The kitchen was packed well but upper floors I felt had been Packed in a haphazard way. Finding a drill that was in a room packed with no paper around it on top of brand new baby clothes I had in a chest of drawers was a shock. This meant things were hard to find. An antique glass light was packed with very little packaging and luckily not damaged. On the Thursday when I understood it was just packing several boxes and items were taken from the property to storage (assumed all going on the Friday) meaning I had no medication, underwear etc for 12 days as items were in storage this wasn’t a major issue but was inconvenient

The Collection was completed over a two day period , packing and part load the first day with the remainder of the belongings brought to store the following day . It was discussed with the husband which items could be taken on the first day and the son was present at all times. All items that were collected and packed were delivered with No damages to the new property. The storage dates were changed because the customer wanted to decorate the new property. The move in to the new property was overseen by the son but many of the items had to be put in the garage since the property was not ready. The job was completed in our Professional Manner and the customers seemed satisfied on the move day.

I was slightly nervous about TCR having read the bad reviews here, but with a late change of move date they were the only people with availability. Happily, they were a good team - friendly and efficient at packing up and moving us without a hitch. I would recommend a site survey, as our quote went up compared to the online estimate (but that is just how much stuff we have!) so a visit will avoid any nasty surprises. Would TCR use again.

Good service. The guys who moved us were careful, considerate and friendly. Would recommend this Town and Country Movers and would definitely use them again.
