As standard all our moves come with goods in transit and public liability insurance.
Sustainability is important to us so following a move completion, we will return and collect unwanted packing materials free of charge. These will then be re-used where possible or responsibly recycled. We also carry re-usable heavy duty mattress bags, providing added protection to your mattress and avoiding single use polly / plastic wraps. Any waste that we do produce will be disposed of in as environmentally friendly way as possible – we are a licence waste carrier with the Environment Agency.
We strive to be as transparent and truthful with clients as we can be, and as such once we provide a quote there will be no hidden or unexpected extra costs, unless you as the client request us to complete additional services. In such a case we would make it clear to you what the cost would be in advance. We understand unexpected things do happen and clients can change their mind about some details, and where this occurs we will be as flexible and supportive as possible.
