Poor - no show - wasted entire day.

Very fast response arranging a booking all conducted via text. Any changes - no problem. Price - really good. Pick up service and help - absolutely appalling! Pick up booked and confirmed for 10.30am. This later changes to "sometime between 9.30-1.30". Come 2pm and no show attempts to contact take forever, and promises of 'be with you within the hour' at 2pm, then again at 3pm, and again at 4pm, and again at 5pm. 5.30pm still no show and we cancelled, having wasted an entire day. Attempts to call the office just revert to a phone message "we will call you back" (nobody does). Only response was from a sub contractor (yes, they sub contract it out, but don't tell you) who admitted they often over book and it is luck of the draw who gets picked up and who dosen't. In the words of the sub contarctor "complain to head office, its not my problem".

Valuable Service!

The removal people were the best workers we have ever seen in our lives. Those 2 did not stop working for almost 4 hours between packing and loading. They loaded up and drove to our new house immediately. Extreme care went into our move and not one item was scratched or damaged. Excellent service and the hardest working movers in the usiness. Thank you once again everyone, we will surely recommend your service to everyone.

Didnt even turn up.

Booked this company while we were in London for Chelsea - My daughter was competing had to get her floral dress there by a certain time - they didn't even turn up! Phoned them for ages eventually he answered and said Oh we are busy can maybe get someone there in an hour or so! When I made the booking I told him it was time critical as we only had 1 hour to get on and off site at Chelsea. Ended up having to try and get the dress into a taxi and it got damaged after months of prep and work.. Very Disappointed don't take the booking if you can't do the Job.
