Absolutely dreadful!!

Grange Removals were awful .. creating hundreds of pounds of damage when removing my property.
Their website says they use fully trained and vetted staff - they do not - the original quote for the job was wrong so the grange removal staff ran out of room on their lorry for my furniture and so called up two waiters (who hadn't got a clue) and a white van to help complete our removal.
Grange removals say on their website that they are fully insured but it is now 4 months since my removal date I am still in dispute with the insurers because of the lies Mr. Paul Bryne (MD) has told to me and then to the insurance company.

Full packing service.

Grange came to pack the house the day before completion leaving us with vital things for the last night, then came back Wednesday morning to finish up. It worked very smoothly and the guys John and tony were lovely. Nothing was broken during the move and the packing and unpacking was swift and easily.

I only confirmed the move date on the Monday before they were coming on the Tuesday and they weren't surprised or concerned by this.

Would recommend Grange Removals.

David and Jo move to Bearwood.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough! They turned up on time and got stuck in straight away, no problems at all, polite at all times, careful with packages, had no problem asking questions about what was in boxes or where they should go. They weren't bothered about the slight wait at the new property whilst I went and collected the keys. They did a superb job and made our day a whole lot easier than it could have been! Thanks lads!

House move.

I simply cannot praise this company enough. From the quote to the actual move, nothing was too much trouble and they made a potentially stressful day as easy as it could have possibly been. The day was well planned and organized. The portable clothes rails are a great idea and the lads were fantastic. We had 3 quotes and Grange were also the cheapest by a margin. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend to any of my friends or family.

Exceptional!

We were extremely impressed with The Grange. After a very last minute enquiry The Grange promptly quoted us after visiting our premises. The following day Gaz and Dave arrived, polite, courteous and punctual and went straight to the job. They were friendly and efficient, handling our items with care and respect a. The house move was stressful due to time pressures but Gaz and Dave were truly exceptional providing storage boxes and remaining patient as we were hurriedly packing around them. Well done Gaz and Dave you are a credit to the company.

Home Move

Grange provided a very very good service, from coming out to give the quote, bearing with us when our first move fell through, then being there for us when we finally got to our moving day with less than a weeks notice. The three guys on the day were very easy to work with and got on efficiently with the job of loading and finally unloading at the other end. Our only issue was that Grange should have provided a larger van as we filled 2 cars twice, luckily we only moved 4 miles away. We are happy to recommend the services of Grange Removals.

Local House Move

Grange provided a very good service, from coming out to give the quote to moving day. They were punctual, nothing was too much trouble for the three men as long as the kettle was on and they got their tea they were happy and we were more than happy with the service that they provided and would recommend Grange Removals to anyone who wants a good reliable efficient removal service.

Well worth the money.
