The information provided in the RICS HomeBuyer Report will help you to decide whether to proceed with the purchase and if you are paying a reasonable price for it, taking into accounts any repairs or maintenance work that is needed.
Building Survey
The Building Survey is a more detailed report of the property, offering a comprehensive assessment of its construction type and its condition. With this survey you will receive technical advice on the defects of the property and the remedial work required.
This survey is less rigid in structure than the RICS HomeBuyer Report and it can be adapted to meet the individual needs of the client.
