Stork Removals

These guys are fantastic! They helped us move home (within Enfield) last week and transformed what would have been a manic day into one that we could enjoy. On the day the team arrived early and got on with the job straight away. They were careful and there was no need to oversee what they were doing, we had complete faith. It was evident the team had been together a while as there was quite a bit of banter going on between them which was great to see. Moving house isn't something you would like to do many times in your life however if we did again, these are the guys for the job!

My brother, sister and I were amazed at very grateful at how well they packed up our elderly mother's stuff from the large 4 bedroom house she and our father who recently passed, had lived in for the past 45 years without ever throwing anything away. Only certain items were going with her and the rest was to be left for clearers. The 3 of us had spent weeks whittling down what was left but it was still a huge amount of "stuff". You're packers were so tactful and packed all we asked them to do. They even humoured our mother when she suddenly said she had to have an item of furniture we would really rather she didn't keep!
This first stage was to put it all in storage until our mother became the actual owner of her flat, a process that took another 3 weeks. Stork Removals then moved her stuff to her newly acquired flat which meant negotiating corridors , going through doors,and using lifts, all of which was done with no fuss or complaining by your movers.
We are all very happy with Stork Removals and would recommend them to anyone.

Stork moved us from Enfield to Norfolk and provided a first class and stress free experience from start to finish. Eddie immediately put us at ease during his survey and out of the three companies who quoted he made the best impression by some distance.
Hilde in the office replies to any queries promptly and the team who did the heavy work over two days were careful but also surprisingly fast. The speed of loading was really impressive. We used the part packing service had no breakages at all and they put together all of the beds. They were a great bunch and we had some good laughs which shows how stress free they made the move. Thank you Stork.

Of all the companies I vetted Stork had some very positive reviews and speaking with Eddie I thought that this was the best company to hire especially since they were local to the area we were moving to. On the day we were to move Eddie called and said they were running late and arrived 1 hour later. I was surprised to see that Eddie was also one of the mover but he and the other Gentlement quickly went over all the items and carefully moved them to the van from the 3rd floor. Delivery to the new address was on time and they were quick to unload. I was please to see that all the fragile items had survived and only a few scratches on two wardrobes. The move was fairly priced and I would be happy to use Stork again in the future.

When choosing a removal company there are so many to choose from at varying prices, so much so that its difficult to be sure until the day you moved. We opted for Storkremovals, their price was fair and importantly all inclusive. I did not want to consider companies that 'might' charge more due to delays. They also provided packing and wardrobe boxes which was a great help. Communication was excellent and the three guys that moved us were very polite, efficient and careful with our belongings.  We also recommended to friends who had an equally positive experience. .

We booked Stork Removals to pack and move us from Enfield to New Southgate and we definitely made the right decision. From the moment Eddie arrived to do a survey prior to the quote to the moment they delivered the last box in the new house, we couldn't have asked for a better service.

The price was very reasonable and we're glad we paid the extra for them to pack - it took 2 of them just over 4 hours to pack up the majority of our (substantial!) belongings where it would have taken us days. The following day, the move went equally as smoothly. It was all beautifully packed and clearly labelled and there hasn't been a single crack or chip amongst any of our belongings - and I've never known that happen in a move before.

The customer service was fantastic from start to finish and we felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good removal company.
