Poor poor service stay well away


Stay well away from this so called removal company, not only did they fail to deliver our goods from storage they damaged multiple expensive items and left most of our stuff in storage that was asked to be collected and delivered to our new address. Paul the owner would never answer to our calls our texts making it impossible to organise around him.
His team lied to our face and told us all our stuff is out of storage with just a few items left and took our money, only to discover they had left half of our stuff in storage including our 10 month olds cot and cloths.
When asked him to sort this out he then ignored our calls and texts.
Our expensive bikes where trashed And stored thrown on top of one another, they damaged a £1200 amplifier, they broke a lamp, they damaged antique furniture, Andy left clothes all over the container floor.
There response to this was just to ignore our calls and texts.
We will be taking them to small claims court.
Terrible service.

The experience we had was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble. They emptied one house including taking difficult free standing wardrobes down, packing perfectly into a storage unit which was only just large enough, and then almost a year later emptying the storage unit, refitting the wardrobes, putting all the boxes into the right rooms, putting beds, desk, etc all back together and not once looked annoyed at the amount of work and effort it took - and it did. They did not over promise or under deliver. Communication was professional and timely. We recommend Paul and his team, they do what they say they will.
