I wanted to pass on my thanks to the 2 guys who helped move on 1st July. They were absolutely brilliant.

They took care of my furniture and moved everything with ease. They helped place the large heavy items in the exact spot per room, to make the rooms come to life and I was soo grateful and impressed.

They were both polite and friendly and liked to chat with me whilst moving too.

They are truly great assets to your crew, lovely lads and I will definitely be using and recommending you guys again. Thank you

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: £277

Despite visiting the property to assess the size of move, the small vans that arrived were inadequate for the job. We were supposed to have vacated by 1pm but the last load did not leave until 5pm. Luckily our buyer was very very understanding. To speed the move up, I agreed that some items could be deposited in a dutch barn temporarily, so that one of the vans could return quicker to collect the next load. They were then to move everything from the barn to the house upon return. As it was dark & had been a long stressful day, I took their word that the barn was now empty and everything was in the house. Next morning I discovered several boxes and many valuable items in the barn in such a state they appeared to have been pushed off the van. No doors & accessible to anyone who had cared to help themselves. I feel such a fool for tipping them when they had simply tipped my possessions. Other reviews are way way above the service I experienced so maybe I was unlucky.

What a fantastic service we received.

The 4 man team arrived at the specified time and were professional, polite and friendly.

They walked around the property, then fully wrapped, packed and boxed our belongings before taking them to the vans. Our beds and the dining table were dismantled, and they even moved our garden furniture and many potted plants, including 2 trees. We were asked to 'walk around' to ensure we were happy, before I was given a contact number and the vans left. The house was left very clean and with no damage to walls etc.

When we arrived at the new address the vans were ready and waiting for us. After a look around the layout, the team quickly moved the boxes to the correct rooms, assembled the beds and dining table and moved the plants trees and furniture into the garden with no fuss.

We were again asked to 'walk around' to ensure all items were correctly placed, as they did not want us moving large items, they said it was "their job"

From the initial quote by Richard, to him collecting the emptied boxes today, I cannot praise Simply Moving highly enough. I will certainly recommend them to everyone.

Martin and the team completed our move over the course of two days and were incredibly professional throughout. The quote was very competitive and unlike other well known National Brands who shied away from moving our home gym, Simply Moving took it in their stride and embraced the challenge.

The whole team were professional, polite, conscientious and had a 'can-do' attitude. Would 100% recommend Simply Moving! Thank you for making what is normally a very stressful experience completely pain free.

You don't need to look any further than Simply Moving for your removals. They score top marks for value and service. Arrived on time and loaded up very quickly when moving my mother's belongings recently. The only hold up was in getting the keys to her new property - and that delay was at the solicitor's end. The guys showed great patience as they had to wait four hours at the other house despite only being a three mile trip (Moira to Ashby de la Zouch). But once they had access, they unloaded the furniture very quickly and the move itself couldn't have gone more smoothly. Very reasonable prices too. Give Martin a call and he will give you a quote, but this is a excellent removal company to use.
