Great removals team.

Recently usedSheppardsRemovals for a home move across Norwich. The whole thing was really easy.Sheppardsstaff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the day. James was great at helping us organise and prepare for the move and on the day everything went off without a problem. I only by chance found them at www.sheppardsremovals.combut I'm glad I did! The staff being so friendly really helped to make the day go without a problem, any issues they spoke to us about and they were a good laugh too which settled us a little. And their lorry was pretty smart too!

I looked into doing the removal on my own but I think with the stress of the moving on the day and the value of packing up my things it is always best to go with a removal company. Sheppards offered a full packing service which was great. It took so much of the work out of our hands and we knew that it would be done professionally, rather than me boxing everything up and no doubt ending up with a few broken plates.

When the guys turned up in the morning they were a little early but we were pleased to be ready to get going. The move wasn’t far but they gave themselves plenty of time to make sure that the job would get done and as testament to their prior planning they finished the removal with ten minutes to spare.

Nothing was too much trouble and even when we had a slight issue getting up the driveway to our new house they were joking with us about it and managed to sort it out without any problems. There was also the problem of our rather large corner sofa that was such a problem before to manoeuvre through the doorways, this was no issue for them (obviously had experience of difficult customer items) and we just left them to it.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and was so pleased with the job they did. We are now nicely settled in our home having a well earned break from the stress of buying a new home. I’m pleased to say that none of the stress came from the move.
