Refreshingly professional service received from Tracy and the team at Scott removals

They were great from my initial request to collect our house contents which were in storage for quite some time until we purchased our new house in Sussex.

Steve and his team who attended to the initial collection were amazingly professional and took great care packing our items and we were delighted to see Steve and his team return to deliver from storage our items to our new home.

Absolutely impeccable service from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to commend their services ( and have done ) to others.

Unless the employee on the phone is a retard, I see no reason why he took so long to get the simplest of addresses and I started thinking he was making fun of my accent (I am an international student and mind you, I spoke clearly and fluently). He purposely wasted my time and appeared to think of various alternatives to what I was saying, when using google to check the address would've shown the location immediately! Even if the employee sincerely didn't understand - use google? Not a good start, didn't continue.

Cadogan Tate carried out our removal this May, 2019. The service we received was exemplary in every aspect. It was arranged, including all the necessary parking suspensions, with the minimum of fuss and very professionally.
The team that actually moved us over two days were absolutely great. Punctual, polite, hard-working, extremely careful and respectful and they generally made the experience for us a really happy and easy process.
We have moved quite a few times in the past and had some average and some bad experiences but this was a really great service from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This was my third move in 15 years using Scott's Removals and they were excellent yet again. I wouldn't want to use anyone else. The office team were excellent in the planning stages and the move team were efficient, effective, very courteous and a pleasure to work with. In three moves not a single item broken or damaged either, and nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and in fact have recommended them to many friends and clients (in my work as a freelance PA) over the years, all of whom have also been delighted with the service. Scott's consistently deliver an excellent moving service at the most reasonable price: this time they were the cheapest of four firms that quoted for me.

First time with this company, which was recommended separately by 2 previous users. I was impressed from the start, at every stage of the transaction, particularly as we were able to set up the necessary move date without hitch.

The people that I met in person, on the phone and email were professional without exception. The move itself was carried out with skill, dedication and good humour.

After this experience, I would recommend and use this company for their services.

Outstanding professionalism and helpfulness shown by everyone I dealt with - from the initial survey and quotation, the arrangements and admin, the move itself, through to the collection and recycling of the packaging materials, everything was made easy. At a fraught time like moving house, so much weight was taken away from me - the actual move was done with politeness and extreme efficiency, allowing me to focus on everything else - I cannot recommend their services highly enough.
