I would also give 0 stars. Initially friendly communication and offer, but this was not kept. Additional costs kept coming. My furniture was in storage: I would like to show the photos: a lot of it is damp and dirty, cupboards are scratched, expensive designer lamps are bent - they don't know what they have in their hands. Laundry dirty with mouse droppings, numerous spiders and vermin. My complaint was only responded to evasively. My sofa has not been delivered to my new address even after 2 months. Under no circumstances should you be deceived by the initially friendly communication. Often no one could be reached - even if you still had questions the day before the move. Very, very bad - and I know at least one other family who has had the same experiences. When I found out, I had already signed my order and was still in a positive mood because everyone was so friendly. Please DO NOT book! By the way, that's not an exaggeration, I have the photos to prove it.

Easily accessible until the day of the move and quick feedback. Unfortunately, when moving, the fitter did not handle the furniture very carefully when dismantling and assembling the furniture and therefore some of it was damaged. To this day I'm waiting for an appointment so that repairs can be made so that I can finally put the closet away. In addition, decency dictates that you inform us that unfortunately we have damaged this. Not even close! None of the movers come and say that unfortunately happened to me. Rather, one hopes that the customer has not noticed. If the damage to property is discovered later, it means that the deadline (damage report within 24 hours) has expired. And you could have checked everything on the day of the move. I didn't feel like I could take 1-2 hours. Tip: It is best to place one person in each room to monitor. In addition, there is no exchange of information within the company, ie the moving staff communicates with the office. If you call the office and ask, the answer is that you don't know anything about it and that the customer has to inform the office. They have no contact with the moving staff because they are out in the field!!

The move actually went ok. I had also booked the lamp assembly. Some time after the move, the power went out in the apartment. After lengthy troubleshooting by a master electrician, it turned out that a cable had burned through in a lamp due to improper installation, which caused the power failure. The housing of another lamp was live! If I had touched that... Completely customer-unfriendly procedure, no assumption of costs for the self-caused life-threatening error.

For information for future customers I would like to describe the services of Daniel Schreiner Montagebau during my move from Schriesheim to Laudenbach / Bergstrasse on May 23, 2017:

a 10 cm long scratch.

3. When driving away after finishing his
Moving activities he rammed the street lamp and
a construction sign from the developer attached next to it.

4. Instead of my kitchen from the old apartment properly
To disassemble, he simply tore the two countertops
apart.

Despite repeated reminders, I have not received a copy of the signed relocation protocol to this day.

To this day, Mr. Schreiner was neither able nor able to remove the damage caused by him.

You can therefore future customers in front of this company

We moved with Schreiner Montagebau in mid-September because the offer was right and the boss made a very good impression.
What we experienced on the day of the move, however, was underground.
The worktop that was ordered was not delivered, it came around noon, the remaining parts (wall trim, corner connections) were not even delivered. Even when it was being dismantled, a huge flaw was carved into a kitchen cupboard, and the assistants paid little attention to the furniture. In no time at all, the main thing is fast. The kitchen was dismantled and rebuilt by one man alone, while two helpers dragged and one stood in the truck smoking continuously.
After leaving the old apartment we waited 45 minutes for the furniture - they had just made lunch without letting us know (although they had already been entertained with us before). We then collected the entire amount, without us receiving all the bills in return.
While the kitchen fitter sent us on a trip through the hardware store to get the necessary parts (which he did not have with him, although the boss had inspected and measured the apartment), he started the assembly, again on his own.
At 4 p.m. the chain smoker dropped his pen and went off to work. He left the half-assembled shelf standing there, in front of it a provisionally placed cupboard (which we had to move out of the way ourselves the following day).
The kitchen fitter worked until 9:30 p.m., everyone was ready, but the kitchen wasn't yet. Briefly record the damage report, of which we did not get a copy, then it disappeared. And never reappeared the day after or at any time.
The next day in daylight, we found that our bed frame was scratched on every corner or the veneer was destroyed.
After countless phone calls, emails and promises that were not kept, an appointment was made for October 31st. (!!) agreed to fix the damage and finish installing the kitchen. On October 31 In the morning I received an email that the company was in bankruptcy and therefore they would not come.
So we had to invest almost the same amount again to get the kitchen ready, to get the shelves ready and to repair the many damage.
The company has allegedly been dissolved in the meantime, but nothing of it can be seen on the website or on social media.

We have a lot of heavy furniture. Some moving companies wanted to plan two to three days for the same move. The nice employees v. Moving carpenters were punctual on the day of the move, very well prepared and were able to transfer everything in one day. The positive impression started on the day of the visit. Ms. Schreiner arrived with a prepared list and while I was telling you what to take with you, she made notes. In the end, the estimated volume was correct too! Communication by e-mail before the move went perfectly. I always got answers to my questions within a short time. The offer was adapted several times according to our request and the update was made available fairly quickly. The wish that we would like to receive moving boxes or clothes boxes before the move was fulfilled and the boxes were billed individually at the end. The employees have done a careful job and made the most of their time. In our case, the move was very clean, planned and completed very professionally.
Moving is a stressful phase for everyone. Thanks to the moving carpenter, the move was made easier for us and most of the stress was taken away. Every penny of the price paid was earned. Thank you for the great work!
