Thank goodness ? You read a mix of reviews on here about other companies and I’m grateful Daniel with Auto Royal Ship has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. He was polite and professional and never pressured or harassed with phone calls for his business like a ton of other companies out there did. Daniel kept me updated throughout the entire process - from contacting the driver for an eta of pick up, to updates during the transport, and to the very end to make sure my car was safely in my possession. I did pay a fee upfront which was scary but so glad I did because I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Service cost: $1200

Dave was amazing! He coordinated a pickup from Ny to Wisconsin in record time as the best rate I could find! Driver was there to pickup within 2 hours, picked up Monday early afternoon and was back to Wisconsin by early evening. Sebastian our driver delivered it instantly to our driveway and went over the entire car to make sure it was in great shape! The whole experience was seamless and Dave answered all my calls and texts promptly and with facts! Will highly recommend this company to all friends and family and will definitely use them again!

Landed up using this carrier for shipping a friend car from California to Texas. This was not a long time planned move. We had less than 5 days to get her there. Between the chaos of getting everything packed, sorted, loans, rental agreements we had the complications of how to get her car there . Started with getting a call from Marco ( and yes we were getting a lot of calls). Marco patience and transparent communication made our very stressful situation much easier. We were concerned when the driver said he would take another week to pick up the car from when it was promised but Marco made sure everything went smoothly and my friends car arrived exactly when it was supposed to and she had it two days after she landed.

I wasn’t sure at first… we communicate via text and a few contacts had already tried to scam me. Other legitimate companies instead gave me the bait n switch.

When Daniel contacted me, I explained my concerns, told him about my issues, and set my boundaries with contracts, patients, etc.

To my surprise, he simpatice and respected all of my requests. He did the best out of everything to stay within my total budget. And the car was delivered relatively on schedule but unharmed.

This was all fairly simple and timely. I have no complaints. If i needed to ship anything in the future, I would gladly work with this company again.
