Move within Brighton and Hove

Recently moved within Brighton and Hove with Removals Brighton Co. The booking system was straight-forward and I found them to be punctual, friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable, nothing was broken and they were very attentive to where I wanted items placed at the new address. A great job. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic professional service fro Marcin and team.

Marcin was professional and a pleasure to deal with right from first contact all the way through the service. His team were polite and hardworking, always checking where we wanted everything put, never just dumping things in random rooms as I've experienced from removals I have had from other companies. They loaded everything professionally, nothing was damaged, broken or lost. Thank you all for making moving day hassle free. Highly recommended.

Moving 8 June 2015.

On the surface everything was great. But, I quickly noticed that I had a 100' (foot) Jo Jo extension lead missing! I don't know who took it but I have looked and looked and it must have been taken by one of this firms workers! No other explanation! So, on balance not happy to have some of my stuff stolen! I had hoped to trust this firm but never again! I had a lot of stuff two 7.1/2 ton lorry's So, I probably had other stuff taken as well! It has taken me 18 months because of the volume of contents I have to be sure that the extension lead was taken!

Removal.

Professional friendly service, very attentive to specific needs re: fragile or valuable items. Installed everything where requested in the new flat and remade the bed. Moving is a very stressful time and the personnel appeared appreciative of this, sensitive to your needs yet not intrusive. Also understood that the removal date could not be confirmed until exchange had taken place - something which is entirely out of your control. Never intend to move again, but would recommend this firm to anyone who has to move home.

Going the extra mile.

Our moving date was moved so many times but Bettermove were great in accommodating all the changes. We had to move out before our new house was vacent and place our things into storage. All the packing was done by the very competent and careful removers. Chris at Bettermove arranged for all our furniture to be stored in crates for eight weeks and was able to deliver it all back to us promptly. The delivery crew were professional, took great care in placing all items in the correct rooms and correct positions where possible, they made a very difficult time for us so much easier.The costs for this move were very reasonable and fell well within our budget. I would recommend them to anyone moving home.

Excellent service!

I used this company to move into my new flat and I'm very happy with the service, especially as they could help at a few days notice. They were very helpful and communicated well all the way throughout the process. The price is reasonable, good value for money. The move went smoothly and the movers were very quick. A stress-free moving experience and I would definitely use Removals Brighton again.
