This company presented themselves as "professional" They are not. Their vans were too small one broke down. Eleven items of furniture were damaged one was lost. They denied responsibility refused to return calls and emails. Lied that they had trading standards approval, they do not. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY owned by DAVID REEVE Currently going to County Court in Ipswich August 2016.

First day's packaging was fine - three guys wrapping - worked well.
Second day (the moving day) was a complete disaster:-
Not enough vehicles,
Not enough experienced guys,
Items left on driveway all day,
Items left behind at old house for two days after moving out day,
Several breakages and other expensive damage - compensation requested but not given,
Wardrobes not taken upstairs,
We had to pitch in and help just to get out of the old house in time - even though I've had two back operations - the reason we got "professionals" in to move us.
No response to several communications by telephone and email. Very stressful and definitely not what I had paid almost £2k for. Would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

The company were late arriving and had badly under estimated the amout of our possesions that needed moving. This lead to a final unpacking time of post 10.30 pm at a new house 6 miles from the old one. Boxes clearly labelled to be placed in rooms were just dropped in random places. Items had been damaged and 10 weeks on my emails, texts and calls are ignored. The comapny claims to pride itself in customer service, but this is a joke. Would not use them in at all again. Beware the after sales service is appaulling. Now taking legal advice against them .

From start to finish I found this company really fantastic. The guys on the day couldn't do enough for us and they really made our day go a lot smoother than we ever thought possible. They were very polite and thoughtful, a real credit to the company. The communication was great and I really can't fault them in any way. Thank you. We will always recommend this you to anyone we know who may be moving.
