Our move was from the UK back to the continent. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience. We realize that moving is always stressful. The staff were so incompetent that life made hell for us.
We took our time to compare some offers at home. We chose this company in January 2011 because the prices were cheaper. Our big mistake was that we didn't find out about this company in advance. We haven't read any customer reviews or searched the internet. There are basically so many similar stories.
First, this is just a brokerage company and their assessments are not objective. At the beginning we got very cheap offers, but they did not match the real total amount. In the beginning the staff were very friendly and helpful. Once they got the money, they weren't that nice anymore. It was no longer possible for us to have reliable information or communication with them, just unclear information and lies.
So we had to pay an additional amount because at the beginning we didn't pay attention to the low prices we were given. It took a lot of energy to deal with these people.

We decided to move in early May. We wanted to plan a move date 6 weeks earlier. After about 10 emails and many phone calls, we still had no clear information. After so many attempts it all worked out and reached Matthew Liscott on his cell phone. And he confirmed: Yes, this move date has been confirmed by the moving company. So ….
