Re-Move

At the beginning of our meeting Patrick wasn't very pleased with the amount of items that we required to be moved and said there was too many. Following the unloading of our furniture and boxes, I discovered that the following items were damaged and broken:
2 x wardrobes (scratches and marks )
Sofa (broken leg and damage to side)
Hanger (lower part was broken off )
After finishing moving everything I pointed out damage caused and I was told that it wasn't done by him and denied all of it. Without an apology Patrick said that I wasn't his customer (our family was paying him)and walked off.
This experience was very stressful and tiring when you have to deal with unhappy and moaning team who's moving your stuff. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Also I would note that van wasn't with company logo and no record or recpit for our payment has been made.

Re-Move did an excellent job. They were polite, hard working and extremely helpful. They managed to make the whole experience of moving items from London to Leeds less stressful and everything was done so quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole day went very smoothly and great respect was shown for my fragile packages. I would definitely recommend Patrick and his team going forward and look forward to using them again in the New Year for phase 2 of my move.

After a lot of research to move us from a 1-bedroom to a house in London we went with Re-move. Patrick, the owner, made a good impression from the first phone call. Kind and reasonable. Their quote was very competitive and we agreed on a all-in price for packing and moving us. The guys who came on the day were nice. Only one of them, who seemed to be the team leader, spoke English well but all three very polite and worked really hard. Nothing got broken in the move, which we were really pleased with. I would most definitely recommend them.

I contacted Patrick, on the advice of a friend, to help with our move. Due to complications I gave him barely a week's notice to pack and prepare to move out of our house, divide our belongings into those for the new house and those for storage and with the added complication of needing to use relatively small vehicles due to width restrictions. It all went incredibly smoothly. Our two main men, Moussa and Abbas were a pleasure to deal with and also educated us in the modern history of the Lebanon. During his tea break Abbas also repaired our neighbour's car as a favour! The entire team were utterly professional, hard-working and respectful of people and property. Patrick oversaw the job in a calm, controlled manner and ensured we were fully informed at every stage. Given how stressful moving home can inevitably be, the team did everything possible to alleviate that stress. I would not hesitate to use Re-Move again. In fact I already know I will.

I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Nothing was too much trouble for either Patrick with whom I booked, or the guys who moved my belongings. They were all very polite, friendly and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They wrapped my white sofas for me, and they arrived at their destinations without a mark on them. Very quick and efficient. Thanks to everyone at Re-Move, the whole experience was a lot less stressful than it could have been.
