Proctor were great to work with. Kirsty in the office was brilliant at communicating before and during the move, and the team on both days (packing and moving) were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. We were quite late being able to confirm things and even on the day of the move there were potential hiccups, which the moving crew and office were happy to help with and give us comfort we were in safe hands. When we arrived at the new property about one hour after getting the keys, despite a late completion (about 5pm) a team of seven had unloaded almost all of three lorries, remade beds and got everything in the right rooms extremely efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is a belated thank you to Proctors Removals for their excellent service when they moved our family from Cambridge to London in February 1984. Together with our house contents they also moved our shed and greenhouse - and not a single pane of glass was broken. The team were cheerful and polite and stayed on until every bed was set up, even though they had to return to Cambridge in the dark. Nothing was too much trouble. We have very fond memories of Proctors and can recommend them without reservation. We are so pleased that they are still in business after all this time. They deserve more than a 5 star rating.
