Platinum Relocations

I have moved abotu 10 times since I moved to Tampa in 2005 and I used movers 4 of those times. The first company got into a verbal fight with my dad about the rate because they charged random hidden fees at the end and threaten to take everything back to the pick up point :( The 2nd company was great, but VERY expensive. 2 weeks before we moved from a 2/1.5 2 story duplex to a 3/2 house (also 2 story) I met Janine from Platinum Relocations. Within 2 days of my emailing her I had a quote and confirmation. Everyone I worked with was very professional and prompt in responsding to questions. The only fee was for gas and it was very reasonable!! My movers were Louis and Curtis - both had over 10 years of experience moving and were polite, professional, and organized. They even got my GIANT bedroom dresser up the narrow stairs and hallway in our new house (which when I measured was not going to be possible) I have already recommended them to several of my friends moving this year and will use them next time we move!   A million stars!! :)      .

Moving is very stressful and a pain. I do have to say, that hiring Platinum Relocations to move me this year was such a relief. I have hired movers in the past that charged by hour and took their time moving me. Both movers sent from Platinum Relocations were quick and gentle with my items. One mover was actually running back into the house each time. I honestly was very impressed. Both movers gently wrapped all of my furniture and frames that were too big to fit into boxes. They did the job in less than 2 hours and took my things to be packed into their storage units. I will be referring my friends and family to this company guaranteed!

I am very impressed with Platinum Relocation Services.  The owners of the company met with me personally to see how they could help me with all aspects of my business.  They also took my emergency call after normal business hours to help me with a "difficult" situation.  Their employees who actually facilitated the move were well-mannered, well-dressed, very professional, quick, careful, and polite.  What more could you ask for.  Thank you so much.  Looking forward to many more moves together.  Donna.

Platinum Relocations moved my belongings from my townhome to a single family home. I had an excellent experience using Platinum Relocations for my recent move. The movers were professional, respectful of my furniture and belongings, and worked hard to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. I felt that they went above and beyond to care for my things while loading and unloading them off of the truck, and were very careful inside of my home as well while physically moving the items. It was a rainy day outside, but that didn't slow them down at all. Their supervisor, Jamie, was very professional and stayed on top of things the entire time. I would use this company again and would refer my friends and family to them for any of their moving needs as well.
