Parnaby Removals

I can only speak as I find - from start to finish, Anthony Parnaby and his team (in my case Vinnie, Jack and Harry) were friendly, professional, caring and did as I was promised - moved my personal belongings with the utmost care and all arrived intact. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody thinking of moving house and taking the strain out of what is quite a stressful time. This must have been the least stressful event in the whole process of moving house.

Initially a good response from the point of booking and guys on the day were very friendly and efficient.

Sadly, a box I had left open containing expensive beats headphones was loaded on the van and the item disappeared since.

On emailing the company to query I received a very defensive response but was assured they would come back to me after checking the vans.

I heard nothing back so asked again and was told they assumed I found them, Not so.! Also a shame that two out of four beds were not assembled properly, and boxes labelled where put in the garage not the house. I wouldn’t make a big deal if that had the response not been so dismissive. I’ve not accused anyone of stealing but they are missing and items put in the wrong location so only fair the feedback is shared. At least the owner can trust the staff, just not bothered in getting back to you when items are reported missing, strange really if you have nothing to hide. Plenty of other cheaper reputable firms around at least who might at least care when an item has gone missing instead of just ignoring you.

A somewhat delayed, but nevertheless very sincere thank you to the men who did our move from Newcastle to Telford. After a very traumatic few hours, your company stepped into the void and did a brilliant job under very adverse conditions - rarely have I experienced rain like it! Vinny and his team were so accommodating, it made the whole experience much more pleasant. When we eventually unwrapped the large model planes my husband was delighted and very relieved to discover they were all in excellent condition. I'm sure the long drive back north in wet clothes cannot have been much fun.
