Palmers of Windsor

We have used Palmers a couple of times and now they are part of Wilkins but yet again absolutely superb service even in the midst of COVID-19!

Professional from the start, Oliver and Mike took good care to initially visit our house and check out where we were moving in terms of logistics and gave lots of good advice about packing, then provided a competitive quote. Boxes & packing material delivered in plenty of time as promised and Andrea in the office really professional and helpful in the run up to moving. Not the cheapest removal company but worth every penny and more!

Day 1 of removals and we were nervously worried whether we would actually move because of COVID-19 but the team of Mike, Alistair & Robin all arrived early and reassured us they would get us packed and our belongings all delivered to our new home.

These guys are superb-nothing was too much trouble, really professional, efficient, hard working and all with a smile and good banter!

So, 3 lorryloads full of 180 boxes, house hold furniture and garden stuff travelled from Old Windsor to Hermitage and all arrived safely. The guys, Mike, Alistair and Robin were all amazing and we cannot thank you enough. Everything arrived safely, and was carefully loaded into the rooms we specified. Our large wall art work and TVs were expertly packed, beds and large dining room table was dismantled and put back together for us and washing machine installed and ready to go. Thank you so much for making our move happen and for making it an enjoyable and fun experience especially with the pressure and anxiety of the corona virus affecting us all. I should add that social distancing was respected at all times in a professional and careful manner. We would highly recommend Palmers / Wilkins and hope you get the same team as they are brilliant!! Thank you Mike, Robin &Alistair. The boxes are now ready for collection when the current situation allows.
