Terrible - Avoid!

I hired these guys to move some antique furniture from Oxford to London for £270. I made it clear that one of the items was a heavy wood wardrobe and asked for 2 strong guys to move it. I even offered to hire 3 guys but they told me to go with just 2. Once the 2 guys tried to move the wardrobe and realised that it was heavy, one of them literally walked off the job without telling us he was going. His colleague asked ME where he had gone! They offered to send me a new guy or give me a £50 discount. Rather than wait for the new guy to turn up and probably also be useless. I opted for the discount and unfortunately lost the chance to get the move wardrobe which will now be sold in an estate sale. Really annoying! Don't book these guys!

Highly recommended.

I wish I knew about this company long time ago. At list they don't have some silly hidden charges like congestion charge,fuel charge or .. I used other company first time they charge me £25 extra for having ONLY 7 boxes more than what I told them on the phone. I used to call to different companies to get cheapest quote but at the end pay a lot more they're not professional they’ve done the good job for me and for my sister highly recommended.

One of top removal company. Excellent and they are very honest ,and no hidden fee. Excellent service. Prompt responses to enquiries and questions. Used them on recommendation of previous customers in Switzerland.  Completely satisfied All done really quickly and with care. Very pleased, staff very friendly" 
I was really impressed at how carefully and quickly the 3 men moved my furniture and piano. They were very pleasant and helpful and treated all the furniture as though it were their own. I would recommend the firm to anyone alone to move! Many thanks.".
