This company is superb. I have used them three times now. I recently moved on a day where it was heavily snowing. The team turned up and were consistently positive and went above and beyond throughout the entire day. I turned up at new house and there were fitted wardrobes left that i’d asked to be removed. On The Dot removal people removed the fixtures all for me -with no fuss. Each time I’ve moved they have been courteous, professional, kind and supportive. Highly recommend

A fantastic moving experience. After another moving company cancelled on us at the last minute, we re-booked for a slightly later date with Bristol Van Removals. I have nothing but positive words, and this was by far the most pleasant, calm and stress-free move I have ever had.

The difference between this company and others we had dealt with previously were clear. Bristol Van Removals were professional and organised from the very beginning - responsive emails, transparent quoting systems, and friendly throughout.

Move day went without a hitch. Both properties had 'quirks' to them making access trickier than normal, but what stood out was: (1) the team had done research in advance, and knew the idiosyncrasies of the streets, for experience and maps, (2) They did not once mention any trickiness of the streets, or concerns about not getting access (which has happened with various movers in the past, and can be a stressor on the day!) (3) They had amazing skill at parking up and loading in. A neighbour commented that they had never seen a more effective van parking job on our small street!

The movers - Max, Jamie and Jarek - couldn't have been nicer. They confirmed everything that needed to be done, and got to work. They were polite, professional and friendly... and amazingly fast. They were conscious of other people on the street (making sure that they were parked to allow access for others) and were thoroughly lovely people. They clearly enjoy what they do and have exceptional customer service skills.

5* all around. Thank you for saving us, but even more so for making moving day - for once - a calm experience!

I recently moved inside of Bristol.


Josh (the company owner) oversaw my removal personally.
He was prompt (slightly early in fact, bonus) and professional. All of my belongings were dealt with quickly and with care. Josh himself is a personable and polite guy. I got a ride in the van, which saved me from needing a taxi.


Overall I was very happy with the service offered and will definitely be using On The Dot as my first port of call in the future. They offer excellent service and some of the lowest prices I could find.

They came round for a survey initially and were very knowledgeable and helpful which made me feel that the move would be professionally handled.

On the day they were punctual and extremely efficient allowing myself and my partner to sort out final cleaning of the flat and sorting out some bills while we still had the internet!

When we got to the new place they put all labled items in the correct rooms and the whole process was stress free.

Would definitely use their services again and have already recommended to another friend who is moving soon.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommemd to family/friends.

The moving team turned up promptly and completed the job quicker than anticipated so we were moved in by lunchtime, despite relocating an hour's drive away.

Based on the fact that there were 5 flights of stairs and some heavy furniture, we were impressed.
