Brilliant professional move!

Our move with Northstar was absolutely brilliant. The service, starting with the initial in-person consultation, was extremely professional, and whilst they may not be the cheapest, I felt as though we were in a safe pair of hands - and the entire process was seamless. The team were wonderful, friendly and clearly worked together often. We have moved several times, internationally and locally, and this is by far our best experience. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

Northstar Removals helped move my elderly Mother on Friday. Unfortunately, we experienced delays on the day of completion with our buyers solicitors which we didn't envisage happening. However, the Northstar Team made the whole ordeal a lot easier especially once we got the keys the other end. The removals team continued to work into the evening to ensure my Mum was unpacked and settled the other end.

In regards to the initial quote/visit to estimate, Greg was very friendly, professional and again put my Mum at ease about the process. The quote was competitive and all costs were highlighted from the outset.

Communication on the whole was excellent and we were able to email or telephone Northstar with any queries we had before and during the move.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northstar Removals! 5 STAR SERVICE!

5 Star service once again

This is the third time I have used Northstar and I have always found them to be professional, efficient and friendly. On this occasion I was transferring a piano and a large number of very heavy book boxes between storage units.

The quotation, planning and admin process was speedy and efficient. On the day the removals team were hard-working and courteous and they carried out the move quickly, carefully and thoughtfully. Northstar fully deserve their excellent reputation and I will certainly use them again for any future moves.

Honest, fair, great job. Phone calls and any queries dealt with promptly. Moving team thoroughly housetrained and delightful as well as efficient. Excellent Team.

Efficient, prompt and helpful!

The moving team were outstanding and extremely respectable.

Polite staff even on a Saturday evening- went above and beyond to help us and make sure the job was done.

Denis is a diamond- kept in contact via text and calls. Answered his phone on every call and even called on Sunday to make sure I was happy.

Recent move.

I have used Northstar for two major moves now and I have also recommended them to family members who have used them too. I have always found them to be fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They are also competitively priced and good value too. All of the guys who did our recent move (five them) were great and couldn’t have been more helpful. They worked non-stop and completed the job in a very professional manner. I was very satisfied with everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
