Exceptional Service

Exceptional experience and highly recommend Norfolk Vantastic Movers. Best moving firm, we have ever used. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again. Adrian and his team were very friendly, fun, easy to work with, respectful and sensitive to our requirements, particularly as it involved an elderly parent, who felt comfortable and unstressed. Everything was well packed, with all items regardless of size handled with great care. A highly professional team. 5 out of 5 stars!

Adrian's quote was highly competitive and fair.

Note Google requires a service cost figure which I do not wish to share., hence the figure of 100

Amazing!

This is THE most caring and professional removals company there is. My 90 year old grandmother moved from a rural location to a town 7 miles away. This was understandably a delicate move, as such a move is distressing for some one so fragile at this stage of life. Adrian and his helper managed the move involving 2 loads in under 5 hours. Stopping to collect a fridge for my nan on the way.
Adrian made a point of greeting my grandmother and letting her know the move was going well. His politeness is outstanding.
Adrian was as careful with my nans furniture as he would be his own prized possessions. Adrian can actually make moving a pleasure. I will never ever use another company for removals. I can not recommend Vantastic Movers enough. So accommodating so professional and absolutely dedicated to ensuring a smooth move. As much or as little help is available as required. Adrian is certainly a calming and reassuring person at what can be a testing time. Thank you so very much.

Last minute move before Christmas.

Fantastic service from Norfolk's Vantastic Movers. We ended up with a last minute move before Christmas. Adrian and the team were really accommodating. They were friendly, organised, considerate and fun. They engaged with the kids and made the whole experience not feel like an ordeal. They worked a really long day to finish the job early and maintained good spirits throughout. They looked after all our furniture and belongings. We've been able to find everything and nothing was damaged. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant!

Outstanding customer service from Adrian & his team that shone through in everything they did from start to finish. Caring & thoughtful at what was quite a distressing time for us. Very professional & conscientious, they genuinely care about what they do & are a leading example of what a customer focused service should be. Would whole heartedly recommend!

Brilliant service from Adrian, Chris and Connor. Outstanding customer service, so refreshing to deal with a company that obviously cares about it's customer.

It was a particularly difficult time for us and the boys took away all the stress, wouldn't reccomend anyone else! Thankyou Vantastic.
