Hi, my name is Anders. I just moved our whole household from NY to Rio De Janeiro with Nobel. I was recommended by a friend who had moved from Texas to Rio so I decided to call for a quote. My contact was Mark Paryzer and he did a great job explaining the process, my obligations and the overall cost. I decided to use them am overall very happy. I live in the Atlantic rainforest so getting a 40' container there was not possible. Mark worked with the local movers to arrange for a shuttle service to make multiple trips on a treacherous mountain road until all was safely delivered. I can highly recommend using Nobel for international relocations!

I am really surprised by all the positive comments that I can read, you were really lucky because for us it was close to a nightmare

First I must specify that there were two phases in the move and the one in Switzerland was a real success where the very professional team and an extreme kindness succeeded in fixing all the problems due to the bad management in Florida, except of course the damage to almost all of our furniture in addition to that due to humidity after so long waiting

In Florida the move was a real disaster, there have already been broken promises supposedly from a misunderstanding from Carlos, after that when the team arrived the manager began to stress me and each time I said something about dismantling a piece of furniture, he took no notice of it, and then there was the unpleasant surprise the day after the theft of 2000 dollars plus two valuable rings.

After more than two months our container finally arrived November 29th to our relief but our furniture was in a bad state unfortunately, it was so sad

This is a company that will hold your belongings hostage while they add previously undisclosed huge charges. They sent 3 people to unload a 40 foot container. The workers were so tired they literally started falling down. They did not take away their trash. They did not unpack the belongings (as was agreed to) and did not re-assemble basic furniture items (as clearly stated in contract). Damages to our belongings was in the thousands of dollars. They deceive and short-change the customer through the process. Overall, very poor treatment and no respect for the customer. The poor treatment extends (and mostly starts) with their managing director. If you care about your belongings, DO NOT use this company.

I had a very bad experience with Nobel Van Lines and would NOT recommend them. My husband and I had one room of furniture moved from Florida to the United Kingdom. Initially our experience with Miami was very positive and professional but once the shipment arrived in the UK, the whole experince changed to a nightmare quite frankly. When our shipment arrived in the UK, we were told it would take 7-10 days to get through customs. It took over 3 weeks to clear customs, and  we were then charged an additional 1379 pounds sterling ($2100) Customs Tax PLUS an additional 234 pounds sterling ($350) to have our things delivered. I had already paid $3300 upfront to have our things delivered "door to door".  We were now being told we had only paid for a "consolidated delivery on an articulated truck" which we would have to wait until they had a full load going in our area before they would deliver our things. This was the first anything was said about an articulated truck and given the fact an "articulated" truck would not be able to deliver in the conservation area in which we lived we had to pay the additions delivery fee to get delivery of our things. At the same time we were constantly being warned if we did not take delivery of our items when the moving company was ready to deliver them, we would be charged a storage fee.  This was also the first we had heard anything about a possible Customs Tax on our shipment. I had asked Nobel Van Lines specifically if there would be any additional costs when I first contracted with them and I was told there would not be. Apparently if one is moving furniture to a second home in the UK there is a Customs Tax levied. Nobel Van Lines is in the business of global moving and should have been aware of this and prepared us for this significant additional fee would have to pay. Again we were warned if we did not pay these additional fees, our things would not be released and we would be charged storage fees. Two of our tables arrived badly damaged. Our antique table had 3 of the legs broken off and was irreparable. I have attached pictures. One of our boxes was missing and never found. We were delivered someone else's boxes. Just when I thought this could not get any worse, Nobel Van Lines just informed me  that their insurance company only pays 0.40 cents per pound for lost items.

Service cost: $3650

I called Nobel Van Lines; they had very Friendly customer service. They came the next day, on time, and began wrapping all of my furniture in blankets and bubble wrap, to ensure that it would not break.  They gently loaded everything into the truck, and drove to my new residence, which was in Fort Lauderdale.
 
They arrived 3 hours later and began unloading the truck. They put everything where I wanted it to go, and my expensive Plasma TV and High-end Computer were in perfect condition, along with everything else.
 
 
Their price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend Nobel to anyone.

My family and I ended up relocating due to a new job. We were searching for movers everywhere, but we wanted ones who were able to move long distances and safely, especially because our things mean a lot to us, when I needed a company to help me move, a friend referred me to Nobel Van Lines & I can say for me, they were excellent.The consultation was great & they came and got it done, so quickly.  
None of my furniture was damaged and I was really pleased with everything.

I just had the greatest experience moving locally with a company called Nobel Van Lines, they quoted me for $1100.00 due to all the furniture and stuff I have. Even though that was a local move within the State of Florida, this is a Big State. They transported my belongings smoothly and amazingly fast, they picked them up in the morning over at Kendall and delivered my goods in the afternoon about 6 in Ormond Beach. I was surprise that they did not have to change the crew ( I Have a lot of stuff), once they arrived the delivery was much better. The most amazing part of the move was when they had to unload my really expensive and heavy bedroom set (mahogany 1965 and restored from my father) they did not do a single scratch or a ding.  The movers were accommodating and professionals.  I really appreciated this service so much that I gave them a tip of 25 each plus the pizza and beverages so they can relax and rest after they moved all my stuff and for the long day they had.   Thank you Nobel I will be in touch with you next time I need to move anywhere in this country.

I had a move from Florida to Texas. I called Nobel Van lines  & I spoke to Kelli and she was very helpful. She talked to me about my move and what was going to be expected. 
Once I checked the rating of their company I decided to book my move. I was impressed. They arrived on time (actually arrived at my home an hour early Caught me off guard) they loaded the truck promptly and headed out. 
When they arrived at my new home in Texas they were very thorough with the final papers and to my surprise there were no added fees. (I know they say guaranteed not to exceed ..) But they actually didn't charge me any more money.  After the move I had I am so glad that I looked into other reviews and went with this company..
I am glad I chose Nobel Van Lines. I would say I had a good experience with my first long distance move.

Moving is never fun, but with this moving company Nobel Van Lines it sure was easy. We have used them twice (initially based on a friend's recommendation) and both times, they arrived on time and prepared. The guys were very careful with our possessions and also ensured the walls didn't get banged or scratched. They were efficient, and charged us exactly what was quoted. Once they moved us over to our new home in Chicago, we were very happy that everything arrived completely intact. They placed everything as told and accommodate my bedroom set in the same way I had it.
 
 
Hopefully, we won't move again, but if we do, we will definitely use Nobel again Thanks so much.
