They were polite!

Well done Nightingale Removals Company on having such a great bunch of guys. The goods took some time to arrive but the service we received along the way was outstanding! They were the most polite, hard working and helpful team we could have wished for. Thank you very much!

Incompetent and abusive.

Quite frankly the most appalling service. If you would like to witness your grand piano being slid across the floor in bubble wrap, go ahead. If you are willing to leave your property on your driveway when emigrating, this is the service for you. Our insurers are reduced to reporting to BAR, as Nightingale have failed to supply the required paperwork to complete the claim. Avoid.

Nightingale

Avoid at all cost. Unresponsive, held us to ransom over storage and damaged our goods. They even stole some of our moving equipment and failed to return it. Have used a variety of removal companies over the years and these are by far the worst.

Terrible customer service experience.

Very poor and misleading customer service - don't believe the caring family business spiel. Make sure you read the small print before you proceed. After paying our deposit our quote increased by more than £700 because part of the move was on a Saturday. We not told this when we gave them the dates and paid our deposit. It was only after they disclosed this and instead of being helpful or apologising they were rude, abrupt and just quoted the small print. So we decided to lose our deposit and not trust them with our removals.

The company just over quote/ charge you for what you need.

The 2 guys who moved us were great -really caring and polite and very hard working —thanks bob and russ.

The office over quoted us for what we needed and supplied us with a van that was too big , over charged us compared to other quotes as we had and as they knew we were desperate, completely over charged us by £500 with no recourse to adjust the price based on what was actually moved by them .

Tricky tactics by them -it was a guy in the office who did the order who obviously knew how to cleverly inflate the price .
Also, they moved us no further than 3/4 of a mile too!
Avoid at all cost.

Best Value Removals.

My wife is unwell and we need to use a house mover who could offer us a little more support then the average. I have usually paid extra for this in the past. But in Nightingale’s we found all the extra services, packing, dismantling and disposal of items, at a far lower cost than we have paid before. Thank you Nightingale’s for taking good care of us and our belongings.

Simply Fantastic.

Moved to Iver from Taunton, quote was quick and efficient, not the cheapest, but their attention to detail was spot on. Van arrived timeously and our goods were handled with due care. All arrived safely after a long trip and our bits and pieces were placed in our new space carefully. Feedback was good and on reflection I will definitely use them again.

1st Class Service.

From start to finish, Nightingales have been brilliant. From the initial contact and estimate to the final item being put in place, the whole service has been professional, efficient and without fault. The guys worked relentlessly and cheerfully in 32 degree heat. They were patient, willing and always polite. They took great care of everything and very considerate. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Don't pay the cheapest.

We had 3 quotes for our removal, Nightingale was in the middle. Worth the extra money. Far better than any move we have had before, they even gave us free packing boxes, packing paper and tape. Staff we friendly, can't fault them.
