From the first phone call, to the removal on a very snowy day, everything was handled calmly (so important at a stressful time) and in a friendly but professional manner. Marie was so helpful and was always at the end of the phone. John came out to do the quote and I felt very reassured that everything would go smoothly on the day. Peter and Paul who did the removals were polite, friendly and so professional, all my belongings were on the van and delivered safely at the other end. Even after a long day they made sure I was happy with the position of everything in my new home before they went away.

I was delighted with all aspects of the service, and would highly recommend.

First class service from the 1 phone call until the last piece of furniture was placed into our new home. John from Merseyside Movers kept us informed of exactly what was going to happen with our posessions and everything went perfectly to plan. Good reasonable price great service   would highly reccomend this company.
John and co previously moved us from Switzerland back to the UK a year prior to this move and as a result of the service provided we did not really consider using another company. Although we did get a couple of quotes to make sure the orice was right.
