Fine up to removal day. They were a van short, left loads of stuff behind on day 1 - after 2 more goes they still left 15 items in the house, which we collected ourselves.

DAMAGE LIST

50" Television damaged by a corner or pointed object - this should have been wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap at the very least. Replacement cost £279

Deep scratch on drivers door of my car

Deep gouge on oak bed-frame - R/H/S as you look at it, this can't be repaired/polished out, it's too deep.

6 plastic slat holders damaged/broken when above bed-frame dismantled, leaving slats unstable.

Glass shelf from the side board now has a chip/sliver missing on the far L/H corner that cannot be repaired; this appeared not to have been wrapped for transit at all.

The water leak in the roof one of one of the vans could have done considerable damage to the books overnight.

Packaging, pickup and removal of my items to storage was efficient and professional, especially given the fairly difficult access to the flat.
