Major Van Lines

Major Van Lines quote was higher than others but I went with them because I wanted a stress free move.  Unfortunately I found that they overpromised and underdelivered.  I was told it would take 10 days but the reality was it took 20 days for my stuff to get delivered.  What was even more disappointing is that Major Van Lines seemed to disengage once they picked up my stuff and instead just gave me the number of a dispatch person to call to get info and offered no help when the day kept moving to the right.  They did not even have the courtesy to return my phone calls when I called asking for information/help when the date kept moving.  It was frustrating to say the least.
I chose to give them an average rather than unsatisfactory rating however because all my stuff eventually arrived and I found just a couple glasses and bowls were broken in transit and I noticed that a couple of my boxes had additional tape and wrap around them which made me feel like there was some care taken while my things were in transit.    
If I were to move again I will look at other companies. .

Recently I hired Major Van Lines and they did an awesome service for my move. I contracted them for my two bed rooms’ apartment relocation. They were assigned to wrap, pack and move of all my valuables to the new location in New Jersey and they completed their job excellently. I didn’t find a single fault by their crews and they were running in advance of schedule. The whole move was done very carefully and professionally. I am very impressed with the guys. They will always be my first choice and I do recommend Major van lines to everyone.

Major van lines did a great job for me and my family. They moved our possessions from New York to Maine. Anyone who is looking for a mover can hire them without a second thought. From the beginning they showed me their efficiency. All their workers have been equally diligent. Before arriving at my home on moving day, their driver called me to remind me. I was ready actually. So there was no hassle happened from my side. The crews of Major van lines brought enough boxes to put our all items. I had tons of fragile items and there were some breakable art sculpture. They packed in crates those important valuables. I want to thank them once again for taking special care on these particular items. Their delivery was absolutely fine with no damages or missing or breakage. I am looking forward for my next relocation with this mover.

I relocated from New York to Virginia with the help of Major van lines. Their team operated a flawless move.  I have never experienced such hard workers and trustworthy crews like them. Client is their main precedence that I realized throughout the process. Their spontaneous and sincere work confirmed security of our all stuffs. Major van lines staff have been so loyal that I thought, they took care of my stuffs more carefully then the way I could have done.  They were always quick to keep contact with me. All I can say, they are great.

I obtained a splendid experience from Major. The moving workers perfectly moved my stuffs. I met some diligent and alert crews. I was really satisfied. They performed every required task to save our belongings. Major van lines guys have been equally cooperative at delivery period. The move was absolutely okay. The sales agent offered me a reasonable quotation. As I am not a rich person, each and every penny is valuable for me. Their flawless move worth every dollar I spend. I think they are one of the best movers. I would certainly recommend their name at first instant.

They made a real five star move. They were reasonably priced, and there was no hidden charge. Superb service and friendly team. I filled out their online form and got reply within a few hours. I requested them to be at my apartment at 8 am, and they actually appeared at 8 am on the line.  They managed to prepare all moving items wrapped and packed thoroughly and moved through narrow staircase without any damage. No grumbling, no complaint from the courteous movers. Overall, I am happy with my selection and will certainly hire them again.
