Nach erfolgter Bestandsaufnahme durch den Aussendienstler der bei uns zu hause war( selbst errechnete ca. 130 Kubikmeter ) wurde der Termin für den Umzug auf den ca. 27.04. gemacht.
Anfang April dann der Anruf der Fa. Loogo das man am 27.04 aus Kapazitätsgründen nicht kann obwohl unser Umzug schon Terminiert war. Wir haben uns dann auf den 08.04. geeinigt aber mit dem Hinweis das es auch für uns als Familie mit zwei schulpflichtigen Kindern eng werden kann. Pünktlich um acht Uhr stand die Fa. Loogo dann vor der Tür. Ich teilte den Herren mit das ca. 10 Kubikmeter weniger zu transportieren ist.Um ca. 14 Uhr hies es dann plötzlich das kein Platz mehr auf dem Wagen sei trotz der 10 Kubikmeter weniger. Es wurde dann ,fast Stillschweigend ,die Fahrt angetreten. Es blieben ca. 10 Kubikmeter übrig die wir dann dank Hilfe des alten Vermieters noch in der Garage lagern konnten. Hier wurden die restlichen sachend dann erst ca. 3-4 Wochen später abgeholt und in München zwischengelagert und ca. weitere 8 Wochen später dann zu uns an den neuen Wohnort Bad Harzburg geliefert.Das ausladen des Umzugsgutes erfolgte auf sehr schlampige weise indem mann rückwärts mit dem 7,5 Tonner ans Haus fuhr und die Kartons nach obern warf.
Unter den Genazen Umzugsgut befand sich ein neuer originalverpackter 75 Zoll Fernseher im Wert von 2500,00€. dieser hat diesen Umzug nicht überstanden ebenson eine Wäschespinne im Wert von 150,00€. Der Versicherungsschaden wurde erst vier Wochen nach Schaden der Versicherung gemeldet. Diese weigert sich penetrant das der Schaden beglichen wird. Dies geht schon seit ca. Ende April 2019. Der TV wurde unter 5 Zeugen die beim Aufbau (ca. 11.04) helfen wollten aufgemacht. Dabei wurde schon zu Anfang des öffnens der Schaden und die Splitter bemerkt. So wie er war wurde er gelagert und die Fa. Loogo wurde informiert. Bei der Lieferung der restlichen 10 Kubikmeter(ca.3 Monate später) hat ein Mann der Fa. Loogo sich den TV nochmals angeschaut und dabei die gesamte Verpackung zerstört. Nunmehr hatte er seiner Chefin berichtet die Verpackung sei nicht mehr original und der Karton völlig zerstört - was Sie auch der Versicherung so mitteilte. Für mich ist dies Betrug. Ein Rechtsstreit wird nun folgen.Hierbei sei noch zu bemerken das vom öffnen des Tv Geräts ca. 6 Fotos existieren. Bei dem ganzen Umzug ist mir schon einiges komisch vorgekommen. Der Umzug wurde von meinem ehemaligen Vermieter bezahlt weil der die alte Wohnung für Eigenbedarf dringend brauchte. Bei der Bezahlung hies es 50% nach dem Einladen und 50% VOR dem Ausladen. Erst als die bestätigte Bankbürgschaft überwiesen wurde hat man dann begonnen abzuladen.

Wir haben keine 3 Mitarbeiter gestellt bekommen wie zugesichert. Es
