Loads 4 Less

Loads4Less damaged two of our items in transit and refuse to take responsibility. The movers were perfectly pleasant and we felt that they were a great bunch of people and felt safe in them moving our items. However, in transit they damaged our chest of drawers but we cannot be compensated for this due to them being from a flat-pack kit which we accepted. However, they damaged our £500 table in transit and are claiming that it was damaged prior to the move which it was not. They are lying about how the item was dismantled and collected prior to their arrival (saying the legs of the table were resting against the table which they were not, they were a distance away and wrapped in a blanket) so that they do not have having to pay for the damages. Whilst they claim in their T&C's that dismantled furniture is not covered under their insurance I clarified (and have the receipts) via message before taking out our move with them that dismantled furniture is still covered where there is damage to surfaces in transit and they said yes, it only didn't cover the items not being able to be put back together again. Despite having this IN WRITING from them they refuse to accept responsibility for this and this have left us out of pocket.

I would not recommend this company if this is how they handle complaints/damage made by them.

FANTASTIC! Low price, very fast, and great service, USE LOADS FOR LESS! We moved from a flat to a house with 2 children for the first time, very stressful for any family, making sure our personal items gets to the other end safely, but had no need to worry, loads4less made the stress go away, the service was amazing, very prompt. We even brought our removal from them aswell, we had enough boxes to move twice over at a great price. I would recommend loads4less to everybody, its cheap and friendly, you can't ask for more. GREAT!!

My son had a very large 3 seater sofa, which wasn't required further, to be removed from a smallish 2nd floor flat. There was a little manpower shortage difficulty initially which was sorted out quickly by the company.
The 2 removal men who undertook the job were exceptionally good and professional in extricating and manoeuvring the sofa around some very tight bends on the stairs and out of the front door of the block. At all times they were efficient, cheerful and helpful.

I would like to convey a huge thank you to the two guys who came to my address first thing this morning (to coincide with Norwich City Council), amidst wind and rain and an awkward flight of stairs, to transport a bulky sofa and a "near-derelict" Welsh Dresser outside, ready to be taken to the dump. I am so happy with the entire booking process, from having met with the colleagues of this company, who were extremely professional and welcoming throughout, and nothing was any trouble, and the fees for this service were much better and cheaper than I imagined; I definitely will remember this company now and for the future, particularly should a house move happen at any point in the near future. Fantastic and competitive rates that suit any budget.

From initial contact with Andy, Adam and Boss Man Andy in the office, right through to removal and return of my belongings by Paul and Jay, Loads4Less staff gave me absolutely superb service. Friendly, professional, caring - every member of the team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the whole process of removing and returning items whilst I was having two bedrooms renovated and refurbished, was as smooth and stress free, as they could possibly make it. Boss Andy even sourced and supplied a piece of hardboard for a damaged floor in one of my rooms! I particularly appreciated that Loads4Less work closely with Big Yellow Box storage, so removal, storage and return all worked seamlessly. As an elderly customer, I really felt the whole Loads4Less team went the extra mile at every stage and I would rate their service as a solid gold 10 out 10. Excellent work, gentleman!
