I DELIVERED 21 BOXES IN PUERTO RICO TO BE DELIVERED IN ORLANDO, THE PROCESS IN PUERTO RICO TO RECEIVE THE BOXES WAS EXCELLENT WITH MR. NIEVES, WAREHOUSE MANAGER IN PR. I WAS INDICATED THAT IT TAKEN FROM 6 TO 8 WEEKS, I DELIVERED ON JANUARY 24 WHAT I SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN ORLANDO AT THE END OF MARCH. IT TAKEN 16 WEEKS, THEY FINALLY DELIVERED ME ON MAY 14, 2018, I INDICATED THAT THEY WILL DELIVER ME IN A STORAGE THAT IS 1/2 MILE FROM MY APARTMENT AND AFTER TAKING DOUBLE THE TIME THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $ 50 (ALREADY MOVED IN PREPAYMENT PR), I INDICATED THEM THAT NIEVES HAD INDICATED THAT THE DELIVERY WAS INCLUDED AND THAT WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO COORDINATE THE DELIVERY I SAID THE STORAGE ADDRESS TO DELIVER THEM, AND THE ANSWER FROM ONE OF THE DELIVERY EMPLOYEES WAS NOT THAT NIEVES HE SENT ANYTHING IN THAT AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. NO IF IF THE OTHER MOVING COMPANIES ARE THE SAME OR WORSE, WHAT I CAN ADVISE YOU IS NOT TO USE THIS BIG MOVERS, WHICH IS THE SAME AS THE FLOR DE MAYO AND I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE ELSE, BECAUSE THEY OPERATE WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT NAMES.

This company in Puerto Rico is a disaster. They do not pack my office chair and my new trimmer, The chair I have to hose it to clean it The trimmer was deliver with some brown dirt, they do not have the decency of cleaning after they used, and was damage, I have to purchase a new one, After they ask me to send a copy of the new purchase to Mr. Rodriguez, they refuse to refund the money for a new one. The delivery driver from orlando, won't let you inspect anything unless you paid first. If you have to make a claim, just forget it, he will said "I don't know anything, you did sign the delivery papers" Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Although my move from PR to Florida was delivered on August 29, I have no complaints from the Puerto Rico staff, they were extremely careful and disassembling the furniture and packing everything and mounting it on the truck, here in Florida the Orlando office was A disaster sent a truck with a Cuban who knows nothing about moving and another who knew less, they broke a wooden corner desk, a glass curio, the dishes arrived all broken, they threw them as if they were potato sacks, the figures of porcelains most of them arrived broken, the boxes were all kicked, and despite the multiple calls that I have made to the Orlando office asking that I am missing a box they have not paid me any attention and I still have a lost box with portraits family paintings and bedding that belonged to my late mother, even though we carried porcelains, we insured it, but when we claimed the insurance they told me that since we had packed it that was not insured, how do in PR they told us yes, they broke my chinero, they took off the back cover, an old armchair broke its legs, a bookcase that had to be thrown in front of them because it came in pieces and several other things. At this point, the person or persons who answer the phone have not sent me a form to claim the lost box. They are a mess here in Orlando. I do not recommend them. Ma. Teresa Riera.

The amount of incompetence is absolutely ridiculous, the service is non existence. took close to 3 months for the company to deliver and it was incomplete, missing a big box parts of a dinning table and a 55" t.v. in its original box just like new which was stolen in the storage facility probably by one of the persons who came to my house, been weeks calling every day and I hear the same excuse, "we got someone checking the storage" or "we will call you tomorrow we are checking this" the person who picks up the phone has no interpersonal skills and not fit for her position. everyday a different person says a different excuse.
don't fall for these mediocre half a** company. they don't have any social media because they keep getting bad reviews. do your own research.
