Knights of Surrey

One thing I cannot stand is my time being wasted.. I got accepted for a mortgage after months of trying and due to work scheduling I had less than 24 hours notice to move. I send Knights a email requesting a quote. Someone called me the next morning at 9ish for a chat. I told them my requirements. 2 guys for a couple hours, with very minimal heavy lifting. He said he will get back to me with a quote and email me something. 3 hours went by. Nothing. I called back. He said "will do it now". 2 hours later nothing. I called back, this guy was not there, spoke to a lady. She had no idea what I was talking about. I repeated what I wanted. She said she would email me a quote. 1 hour later nothing. Called back. "Will do it now". Then at around 4.30pm, I get an email quoting me £480!! They also said because of high season, they cannot do a 2 hour service, only a full day service.
Why didn't they tell me this at 9am, when I spoke with the first guy.
What a waste of time!! These guys are joke.

Hi team at Knights moved us on the hottest day in June for 40 years. They worked tirelessly in the heat filling and emptying 6 Luton van loads of our house contents. Everything was packed well, handled and cared for and it all made it to the new house in one piece.

The team were very efficient, knew exactly what they were doing and did the job with a never ending smile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Knights were also considerably lower cost than some of their competitors.

This is the second time I have used Knights in the last 3 years and they were as professional and helpful as ever. We had a very last minute large house move. I was juggling 3 children, school runs, a large stupid dog and was still not properly packed up, nor did we have keys to the rental property until the very last minute. They stepped in and took control of the chaos. I gave them keys to both houses for the 3 days of the move and they just got on with it. They need no supervision, they can dismantle are rebuild anything and they know where everything needs to go. They are trustworthy, careful and polite and don't complain about the really heavy or awkward items. A super company, with a lovely team. I will be using them again.

From the initial visit to our property to the completion of our move, Eughan and his colleagues were prompt, polite and professional.
We chose to allow Knights to do our packing for us, and that was a great decision. We couldn't believe how quickly the wrapped and packed everything - it would have taken us days, if not longer, but the van was loaded within 3 just hours!
They also dismantled and reassembled beds, wardrobes and the dining table.
I would 100% recommend Knights of Surrey and hope that you enjoy the same excellent service that we did.

Knights moved my elderly mum from a 4 bed home to a 1 bed annexe and I would thoroughly recommend them. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, especially Linda in the office and Eughan. Knights quote was the most competitive but I would have chosen them anyway as they seemed the most professional trustworthy company with a genuine desire to help. We had a packing service, and the team were punctual, efficient and quick, then returned with a smile the next day for the move. They were very respectful and polite, and patient with mum. It was a long day for them due to a slight delay in getting the keys, and I never got the chance to thank them in person. Guys, you were fantastic, thank you so much we really appreciate all you did.
