This is the second time I've used Kingdom. I had such a fantastic service the first time they were my automatic choice for my move on 24 October. It should have been a simple job - a 2 bed flat to a 1 bed flat. But, a neighbour had blocked access with her car, then gave the Kingdom team significant verbal abuse at the flat i was moving from. They dealt with this professionally and continued the move. However, it disrupted their day and they moved crews around to make sure all customers were still moved on time. My door was too narrow for my sofa and it looked like it just wouldn't fit. Craig was very innovative and removed the door and sofa legs. I'm pleased to say I'm writing this from my sofa. I had 2 crews, and they were both quick, organised and there was no damage to my goods or either property. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. They were recommended to me by a repeat customer, and while I have no plans to move again soon - I'll be calling Kingdom if I do. Moving home is stressful enough - let Kingdom relieve some of that by handling your removals. I have absolute trust in them.

Craig and team moved us from Edinburgh to the Midlands two weeks ago, we had 3 luton vans a very big move. They could not have been more helpful, cheerful and professional in the two days they moved us. It was a stressful arrival on the sale side, the guys kept us positive and calm when it looked like we were not going to exchange in time. We did thank goodness.

From the moment they arrived at our house to the moment they returned they were amazing!!! I have moved a few times with bigger and smaller companies and never had this incredible service.

Craig came in advance to get a sense of the job. Good coordination by email and phone. Quickly sent a quote, there were no surprises, fair prices.

Paul, Richard and Aidan did a five stars job on the day of the move, handing furniture and boxes with care. Friendly and helpful team at all times. They also dissembled and assembled furniture for us. It was hard work, at all times conducted with care. Lots of energy for a 6.5 hrs move!

The team is proud of their work, and they have good reasons for that! Our next move will be with Kingdom Removals.

I cannot thank Craig and his team enough for stepping in at the last minute when a local removals team let me down. I was very anxious about the 300 mile move as I was doing it alone, but everyone involved reassured me, from the initial contact to the end of the move and did it with such good humour. I was particularly concerned as it involved moving a piano, a challenge in itself, but even more so, as it had to go upstairs, but it was absolutely no problem to them. All in all a very professional team and I very highly recommend them.

SUPERB sums up perfectly the amazing, professional, polite, knowledgeable, careful, friendly and efficient staff to whom service excellence was displayed from the initial quotation meeting to the actual move itself.

Nothing was too much hassle for the staff members with the 3 representatives: Adam, Richard and Noodles (as he is known) being absolutely a pleasure to meet who, together with Craig (who provided the initial detailed quote), were ready and willing to assist to ensure that I endured the minimum amount of stress normally created when moving.
