I cannot accept the bad reviews on here. This company is exceptional and went above and beyond all my expectations.
I cannot fault them in any way.
Please judge for yourself, don't let a couple of reviews on here put you off, there is always 2 sides to every story. I contacted 5 previous customers prior to my move and all had glowing reports.
They are honest, if they can't do something they will tell you. I highly recommend this lovely,friendly company.

On delivery of my items I noticed there was a large scratch on one of my pieces of oak furniture, the laminate floorboards had been scratched beyond repair, my newly painted wall had been scratched and scuffed and one of my cabinets arrived with the top section pulled off and the doors wedged inside.  The removal men decided to disassemble the wardrobe when moving and then did not want to assemble it again on delivery.  They have now ruined this by hammering nails through into the interior of the wardrobe. On ringing the company on the day whilst the removal men were there I was told they would send a french polisher out to fix the problems.  After 10 days and having to chase the company they sent me a bottle of polish in the post.  I rang to compain about the situation and was told I could redecorate the room myself, I had to prove it was the removal men who damaged the floorboards and I am still waiting to hear about the cabinet in bits.  I doubt I shall ever receive another phonecall. Use this company at your peril, I spent hundreds of pounds and basically they are a man and a van set up.  So unprofessional, rude and the customer service is non-existant.
