We used Matthew and his team to move us from our 3-bedroom home, including lots of garden equipment, plants, and a big shed. We had never used a removals company before so I obtained quotes from 5 local companies but felt comfortable with Matt from the start. He explained the process and was transparent with pricing, he was reassuring and never complained about answering our silly questions! The communication in the lead up to the day was brilliant and moving day itself couldn’t have been smoother. Matt’s team worked incredibly hard but were always smiling and they made the whole process quite enjoyable (which we weren’t expecting!) I would highly recommend using J-Load. We read many positive reviews about J-Load and after discussing our requirements with Matt, went with them because of their personable approach, flexibility, pricing and positive attitude. On the day we had the pleasure of Chris and Dean, both of whom were exemplary throughout the move and worked a hard / long day to ensure all stress was taken out of our move - which they succeeded in. My opinion is that J-Load has a very unique culture, staff enjoy their work, they go the extra mile and the flexible pricing options cater for all needs. Delighted to have them in my network, both personally and professionally, we will be using again for sure.

I was highly recommended j-load, Matt & his team. So glad for that recommendation! From the start Matt was professional, friendly and very fair on price. Fully insured also. He rang me prior to the move - communication was perfect. We had a 3 bed house in Bournemouth moving to Wimborne. 2 vans & 3 guys. Nathan, Dean, Darren… These guys were nothing short of AMAZING !! You could just feel that their genuine desire was to make life easy for us. They were kind, polite extremely hard working, trust worthy, careful and had a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble! Their ethos & work ethic was truly inspiring. Matt - you must be exceptionally proud of your work force & rightly so. I will never use any other company - my whole family network and friends will be your clients always.

From the initial quote to the day we moved Matt & his team were on hand and constantly checking we had everything we needed. On the day before the move the house was packed up quickly and efficiently. Our removal team of 3 were excellent (Matt - apologies for not remembering their names can you name them for me). Nothing was too much trouble, they worked hard and were incredibly careful with everything. Really top blokes.

We were delayed getting our keys at the other end but the guys remained cheerful and assured us not to worry. When we did move in, they did not rush it instead made sure everything was where we needed it and unloaded carefully. They had a long drive home so we appreciated that. All in all would highly recommend to anyone!

Upon finding J-Load Removals, I was contacted by Matthew who organised to come round and take a look at the inventory they’d be moving (outside of his own working hours). I then decided to book the move with them.

On move day, two very professional & friendly chaps arrived, sussed everything out & went about their work. They were fantastic all the way through, helping out with bits that they weren’t even expected to & making the move as stress free as possible. I would strongly recommend J-Load Removals to anyone! Can’t go wrong with them.
