Excellent service from the start to the finish. James supplied me with a full breakdown of the options available including costings and the nature of service on offer at each level of survey. James was quick to respond to any queries and was approachable and professional throughout. The survey he provided was knowledgeable and informative with excellent photographic evidence. It will be really helpful in completing repairs/improvements later.
