iMove Removals & Storage Bristol

Quoted me a flat rate and didn't mention they had only allowed 2 hours for the job. Turned up fifteen minutes late. Two men still needed my three flat mates help to move stuff out of the house. Kept taking breaks to have a cigarette. Delivered to new address and left all stuff outside house. Would not carry inside as said had run out of time. Were rude when I rang asking them to finish job and would not give any money back to reflect half-done job. Did not do the job they had agreed to do and that I had paid them for. Very unprofessional and rude.

Would thoroughly recommend iMove. Amjad was good to deal with, re. site visit, quote etc & answering any queries I had prior to the move. They fitted us in at fairly short notice once we had confimation of our completion date & the move went very well. They arrived bang on time & got to work straight away, only stopping for a break to wait for us to pack the last rooms. The guys were polite & friendly & nothing was an issue. They did a really good job & would use them again.

I used imove recently for my big move from Bristol to Bradford, they were amazing, from the initial phonecall I made to the completion of the move, I felt so re assured and at peace by the professionalism of these guys. Amjad the salesman had very good knowledge of how the move would be planned, from his visit to my old house, to quoting and to finally booking, he was great to deal with. Very very prompt. When the guys arrived, all four of them looked very tidy, they were polite, helpful and professional. I couldn't have asked for more from them, from start to finish they were great, using blankets to protect my items in the van, which I did not expect to be honest, they also tied things in so they wouldn't move in transit, I was well pleased by this. I would thoroughy recommmend imove, it will be the best choice you'll ever make! Well done guys!

I used iMove recently to move my parents to Bristol to Spain. iMove were the standout company by a country mile! I had spoken to several other companies but these guys really do know how to go the extra mile. The access was very tricky here in my parents house in Bristol, but the men did not show a single sign of difficulty, just watching them work was amazing, so dedicated and cared for our possesions more than we did! They were super careful and knew how to move furniture, they were really re assuring and happy, and that really made us feel more comfortable and took a whole lot of stress away from us on leading up to the move and especially on the moving day. Whats even better was, from the time they loaded up the lorry, they were in Seville at my parents new appartment within 72 hours! most other companies wanted to deliver the stuff 6 weeks later. Value for money 10/10, Service 10/10.  We will defintely use these guys when I move myself and my elderly parents were really very chuffed! Great work guys! We need more people like you around! you will go very very far, keep up the excellent work! James .

A quick note to say a massive thank you to the iMove team who helped us move. We moved from a straight forward estate house in Cardiff to a cottage in Bristol at the end of a long lane with restrictive access. . During the day the move involved shuttle runs up and down the lane and Einstein like thinking to move large pieces of furniture around a small cottage.This would present a challenge to the most competent of movers and to say that the team took this in their stride was an understatement.Never without a smile and happy to go the extra mile iMove have a 100% recommendation from us. Well done guys.

1st class professional service from Amjad and his team. Meticulous attention to detail. Nothing to much trouble. Had a great laugh with them and it went from a very stressful morning to a very enjoyable day. They arrived a little earlier than expected but this turned out to be great as me and my partner were already in our new house by 4pm. Always were Friendly and helpful. Will use again and will most definitely recommend. They have restored my faith in removers again! :).
