If I could give them more stars (or more!), I would!! In state long distance move from Tampa to Key West, Florida - I called 5 or 6 moving companies, both big national brands and smaller local operations. HomeStretch by far had the most competitive rates, and with some mixed reviews I was a little bit hesitant to give them control of everything I own, but I am so very very glad I trusted my gut and hired them! 
We needed a little flexibility with timing, and they were more than accommodating for everything we needed! They arrived just a few minutes early because I had called to advise we had more boxes than we initially estimated for our guaranteed quote. Because of this, we tried to be good clients and had most of our small items and boxes ready to go in the front of our house - they added a more than fair amount to our claim, loaded everything (and I mean everything!! These guys were through and so helpful!!) carefully, and were off! The next afternoon we met them at our new home in Key West. It turned out they could only park and unload in a designated area much further than we thought they would have to walk with all our stuff. They said no problem, and made it happen. Even though it took 2 extra hours (!!) to unload and they had an 8 hour drive home, they didn't charge us any extra! 
They were careful, kind, courteous, understanding, and so helpful! I cannot state strongly enough how pleased and really delighted I was to have worked with them, and in the strongest possible terms would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone else!!
110% recommend. Great people, great service, couldn't ask for more!! .

I have moved over 20 times and I can say without hesitation that my whole moving experience was professional from start to finish. They were timely and delivered on their quoted price and promise to make this moving experience hassle free. They did amazing job from packing to unpacking my household goods. They were always ready to take the extra steps that ensured every aspect of the move was done to ensure the the customer was satisfied. They worked with unflinching dedication and finished the job on time. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to experience that customers come first.

After getting quotes for my move from Tampa to Valrico from six movers, only HomeStretch Moving gave me a guaranteed flat rate. I've had bad experiences in the past with movers that charge by the hour, they always underestimate how long it will take and I've ended up paying for three or four extra hours. But not HomeStretch! They arrived fifteen minutes early (awesome!), wrapped everything in blankets, and worked quickly. The guys were professional and courteous (no thugs!).  The move took longer than expected, but much to my surprise HomeStretch Moving honored their guaranteed rate and didn't charge a penny extra! They took good care of all my things, no damage and at the end even asked how I wanted all the furniture arranged. Super professional. Super nice. Brooke was great during the quoting and scheduling. I highly recommend HomeStretch Moving. So refreshing to have a completely stress-free move! Thank you so much guys, I can't say enough good about you!!
